Chapter 2: The first fight! The first escape!

Yato opened his eyes, finding himself in what looked like a ... forest? As Yato floated down to the "forest?" ground, he couldn't help but marvel at his surroundings. The trees towered above him, casting dappled shadows on the ground. Birds chirped in the distance, and a gentle breeze stirred the leaves. It was like being in a dream, but Yato knew better than to let his guard down. As he walked through the forest, Yato was on edge, still coming to terms with the fact that he had been transformed into a woman. It wasn't just the physical changes that bothered him, but the mental ones as well. He couldn't help but feel like a stranger in his own body, and the constant reminder of his femininity only added to his frustration. "What the hell am I supposed to do now?" Yato muttered to himself, looking down at her feminine form. "Why did this have to happen to me?" Yato muttered to himself as he walked through the trees."It's bad enough that I'm lost and alone and without any memories of who am I, but now I have to deal with this too?". As he spoke, he couldn't help but look down at his new body. He was now in the form of a beautiful woman, with long black hair. He was dressed in old Japanese warrior clothing, which only added to his confusion. "I never thought I'd make a very pretty woman," Yato joked to himself, trying to ease the tension. " But I guess I have to make do with what I've got. Maybe I'll even get some free drinks out of it." he chuckled to himself, imagining how his former self would react to his current predicament, even though he can't remember what he used to look like. Yato had always been a bit of a ladies' man, but now he was the lady. It was a strange and disorienting feeling, but he refused to let it get the best of him. Suddenly, he senses someone approaching. Small figures hovered in the air, with what appeared to be jetpack wings keeping them aloft. Each wore tight armor and each carried what appeared to be a large gun, each pointed straight at ....him! He quickly got to his feet, ready to face whoever or whatever was coming his way. He didn't hold himself from thinking, "What kind of clothes is the..', but he stopped as he remembered what he was wearing in the first place. "Identify yourself!" ordered one of the girls, a teenage girl with short brown hair. "I would! If you asked nicely..", Yato replied as he readied himself for the fight. And without more words. The AST charged forward, and Yato met them head-on."no more chats it seems.....", placing himself on guard. He can tell that he may have been physically weaker than them, or at least than their leader, but he compensated for it with his speed, agility, and battle experience. Even though he can't remember who he was, he knows for sure what he is capable of, and that's weird. 'even though I should be afraid in that kind of situation, I am somehow calm' yato thought as he dodged AST attacks. His mastery of martial arts, which gave him an edge in hand-to-hand combat, and his ability to manipulate light proved useful in creating illusions to confuse his opponents. he has full knowledge of what he can do. And that's the reason he has a chance to win this fight. The AST girls were skilled, but they were no match for his quick reflexes and cunning tactics. He managed to evade their attacks and land a few blows of his own. However, just as he thought he had the upper hand, a teen girl with white hair appeared, wielding a powerful weapon that looked like a sword. The sword was made of light? "I've been waiting for you.", the girl said, her voice filled with hatred. "do I know you?" yato said. Yato dodged the attack, he knew he was up against a formidable opponent. The aura around the girl showed that. She has some exceptional combat abilities with that powerful-looking weapon. Yato knew that he had to stay on his toes if he wanted to survive. The two engaged in a fierce battle, exchanging blows and attacks. Yato's light illusions proved useful in confusing Origami, but she was able to adapt quickly, using her Combat Wiring Suit to enhance her physical abilities and her CR-Unit to launch powerful attacks. "Hey, hold on a second!" Yato said. "I don't even know you! Why are you attacking me?" Yato asked not caring that much to hear the answer. "You're a spirit," Origami snarled. "that's the reason." 'and here I thought pure racism was a myth' Yato thought as he continued to try and keep himself alive. As they fought, Yato noticed that Origami had a deep hatred for spirits. He could see it in her eyes and hear it in the way she spoke. He wondered what had happened to her to make her hate spirits so much. Despite the seriousness of the situation, Yato couldn't help but inject some humor into his speech. "Hey, you're pretty good at this," he said, dodging another swing from the girl. "But you know, I'm not really into the whole sword fighting thing. I prefer a good old-fashioned brawl." Origami didn't respond, but Yato could tell that his words were getting to her. He could see her frustration growing as he continued to dodge her attacks. Yato was able to hold his own against Origami, but he knew that he was running out of energy. Especially as the sun sets and night falls. In his mind, Yato analyzed the situation, looking for any weakness in Origami's attacks. He noticed that she tended to favor her left side, and he used that to his advantage, striking hard and fast on her weaker side. But Origami was no slouch. She fought fiercely, using her strength and firepower to stay one step ahead of Yato. Her hatred for him and all spirits fueled her, giving her strength and determination to win this fight. "You think you can just waltz in here and do as you please?" she spat, launching another attack. Yato dodged and parried her strikes, his mind racing with tactics and strategies. He knew he couldn't beat her outright, not with her skill and power. But he could outsmart her. He feigned a strike to her right side, then quickly switched to her left, catching her off guard. He followed up with a kick to her knees, sending her tumbling to the ground. He took the opportunity to make his escape, flying away as fast as he could. Dodging attacks from the remaining AST members. He knew that he couldn't fight them all, not with his energy levels depleted. And to make it worse, the night is about to fall. He needs to find a place to rest and regain his strength. Origami scrambled to her feet and gave chase, but Yato was too quick for her. As he disappeared into the distance, he couldn't help but grin. He had won this round, but he knew that the battle between them was far from over. And he was ready for whatever those "racists" might throw his way next. The AST members regrouped. "Again! I let another spirit run away from me !" origami shouted, gritting her teeth in anger. "just if I was faster, and stronger, just a little bit, and maybe I would..." "That's enough origami," one of the girls said."There is no point in regretting now, we should get back to headquarters and prepare for the next move" Origami starts at her for a while and calms down a little "I understand, sorry..." Origami said while bowing her head. "no problem, now let's get back" "Okay," said Origami, but before that, she looked in the direction the spirit flew at. "next time, you not gonna be as lucky as now, the next time I'm gonna kill you! You and all of your kind" and she leaves. Fraxinus pov: "you've finally come, my beloved brother," said Kotori, the red-haired captain of the ship Fraxinus. "I got here as soon as I could," Shido returned, still sweating from his run. "What's happening this time?" "See for yourself." Kotori indicated to the large screen before them, showing the Anti-Spirit Team's efforts to catch a figure of a woman who appeared to be in her late teens. As they watched, the supposed spirit exited the park, making a beeline toward the heart of the city. A zoom-in gave a clearer view of the spirit. Long black with ...the colors of the eyes is gold? Her clothes were similar to what women's warriors used to wear in Greek mythology. "This spirit is weird compared to the rest of the spirits we know" reported Kotori, as she watched the new spirit fight. "How so ?" Shido asked. He was, after all, new, having only subdued one spirit so far. "all spirit we know used their angel or their special abilities while fighting AST, but this spirit! All she used was her fists!" kotori explained to him. " but also it seems she used some kind of ability To distract AST during the fight, we don't know yet what kind of ability is it" she gestured to the screen. As Shido watched, he noticed something. "She's not fighting anyone." "you're right bro! Good job. you take enough time to figure that one out, right?" Kotori shot back. "This spirit seems to only fight when necessary, otherwise she always escapes. Her reasons are unknown."Kotori leaned forward from her station. "I think you know what your next mission is, bro! Go there and kiss the hell out of that spirit," shouted kotori while putting her lollipop in her mouth "another hell is waiting for me it seems," said shidou while sighing defeated.
