Chapter 63: The Start of a New Life

The Start of a New Life

I've been thinking about countermeasures for a long time.

The debuff inflicted by that slash is extremely troublesome.

Even I, as expected, could really disappear if I'm weakened like that.

One of the few ways to overcome this is to die and then be resurrected.

If you die, all status changes will be reset.

However, I do not envision the existence of a third party who can revive me.

So, I hypothesized that this might be possible by breaking down the body into particles and then reconstructing them.

It seems that no one in this world had ever thought of such a thing.

I couldn't find any magic or skills like that in the game either.

In other words, I am a pioneer in this advanced magic that combines resurrection and teleportation.

As a result of my experiments as a pioneer, I discovered something.

Apparently, the user is deemed dead during the process of their body being reconstructed after it has been decomposed.

"Am I the same being after being disassembled and reconstructed?"

Theseus Ship Paradox's question crossed his mind.

But I don't really care about that.

As long as I can see their gloomy faces, that's enough for me.

As a result, this choice created the perfect setting for a separation.

If you don't need the help of a third party, it would be quicker and better to set up a resuscitation circle beforehand...

Adjusting the position and time is extremely troublesome.

First of all, reviving on the spot is not part of my plan.

Alto-kun killed me with determination.

"I was brought back to life by the power of love!"

What an extreme of uncouthness!

Ugly!

The heroine must die!

Such a convenient solution would be extremely rude to someone who has made up his mind.

And I want the people I love to stay cloudy forever.

That's how I decided to try particle transfer and made it a reality.

As planned, I woke up safely.

Completely naked.

I left the clothes as a memento for Alto.

I'd be happy if the lingering scent reminds him of me and he will do all sorts of things with it.

In any case, the effects of the "Fatal Slash" that was a cause for concern have already disappeared.

Here the hypothesis is proven.

The location where my body was transferred is also perfect.

This is a land far, far away from Alto and his friends.

There it is, a residence I have prepared myself.

It's almost impossible for them to come here.

Basically, they can't go north from the border wilderness.

Because they are blocked by an unknown, invisible wall.

I think of this as the "edge of the map" in the game.

There are probably some on the other side of the ocean, but the edge of the map that is connected to the land makes it easy to see where they are.

This was before I met Alto.

By chance, I was able to overcome that barrier.

There are hidden glitch in this world too.

Even if you don't meet the conditions, you can still make a travel to the evil god's temple to give thanks.

So, like debugging, I kept hitting the invisible wall I had discovered.

My hunch was correct.

At one point, I successfully passed through a wall.

There was no void on the other side.

I was delighted with the unknown map.

The new area was huge.

There were also settlements and cities.

Once you have visited an area, you can instantly travel back and forth using teleportation magic.

I'm a genius so I can do anything.

While exploring undiscovered areas, I spotted a new base.

It is a very rural town called Doinaka Village, located at the northernmost tip of the area.

It's more like a pioneer village than the countryside.

The life of the settlers is harsh.

Basically, there are not enough people and supplies.

In such an environment, I, a newcomer, will probably be welcomed for the most part.

Alto and the others' gloomy faces are important, but I also have to think about my live after the transfer.

In preparation for this, I set up a modest church and bakery on the outskirts of the village.

"Man shall not live by bread alone"

A wonderful person said that in my previous life.

With enough food and faith, people can be truly happy.

I am no longer a saint or a cardinal, so there's no need for missionary work.

After years of being a priest, it feels very natural to play this role.

That means I'll feel more comfortable in the pioneer village.

Therefore, I provided the village with a bakery and a place of worship.

The reaction from the villagers was quite positive.

After all, even when a food crisis is on the horizon, bread is the one thing that never runs out.

Flour?

I have so much stuff like that stored in my storage that I could sell it.

To an outsider, I would appear to be a psychic who can create flour out of thin air.

Providing food and faith in this way, before I knew it, I was being treated like a saint in the village.

Was it my ingrained clerical behavior that led them to do this?

When I joined Alto's party, I made up some excuse, like I was going on a pilgrimage.

If you're traveling, it's okay to be away for a long period of time.

The food supply has also stabilized, so there shouldn't be any problems.

Everyone begged me to stay in the village.

I made the contribution I could.

I don't know what happens after that.

I've had enough of the Saint role, so I'm full.

When I get back, I'll assign a random villager to the church as a priest.

If possible, I would like to focus on working at a bakery in the future.

And then...that's it!

The baby I had with (possibly) Alto.

I have to give birth to this.

I mustn't have forgotten.

I've been doing my best to keep this child from growing, but I'm reaching my limit.

In fact, if I let my guard down, my stomach is currently expanding rapidly!

Because her growth has been suppressed for a long time, she grow very quickly.

No, it's still too early.

Is it because it's an evil god x a saint x a hero?

Ah!?

She's kicking me in the stomach?!

Ah...ugh

This is crazy

What, seriously?

Already!?

So soon?!

Ah!

It hurts!

Ouch, ouch!

It really hurts!

Wow!!

Oh no!!!

The baby will be born soon after the transfer!!!

Damn it!

In my previous life, I impregnated many loved ones and make them gave birth to my babiee!

Now is the time to put that know-how to good use!

Hehehe!!

Hehehe!!

Aaaah!!

No way!!!

It damn ouch!!!

Everyone from my previous life!!

Now I understand how you all feel!!!

Ahh♡

Author's Note

Now it got me thinking, did the earth create the DLC first and Tiana reincarnated there? Or its because Tiana reincarnated first that the DLC is created?
