Chapter 1: One Ring to Rule them All

the world the people of Orario and the world reside in is truly an amazing place. But also cruel, a world that looks to heroes and the tale of heroes, yet they have never understood fully of just how much change even the smallest individuals can the world will soon learn of such a tale.

Multiple bright lights were then seen opening up and dropping out the Familia's of Hestia, Loki, Hermes, Takamazuchi-what' it, along with the Dieanchet, Freya and Hephaestus Familia and lastly the staff from the hostess and three ladies from the Guild.

"What the hell just happened?!" Was a shocked yell that no one could have registered. Either due to them still being blinded by the light, or the ringing.

"I was just about to be read to by my darling Bell!" Hestia groaned before realizing that not only were her Familia here, but so were basically all of allies and "enemies", along with the near the entire staff from the hostess.

"Loki?!" Hestia yelled in shock

"Itty-bitty?!" Loki yelled back in shock

"Miss Ryu?!" Bell said in shock

"Freya?!" Hermes said in surprise.

"Hermes." She simply said

"Oranus?" Dionysius responded.

"Ouranus!? Who's watching over the Dungeon!?"

"Bell?" Nazza, Ryuu, Cassandra, Ais, Freya, Eina and Tiona said.

"Hephaestus?" Welf said.

"Takemazuchi-what's it Chigusa Ouka!" Mikoto yelled in surprise as she ran over to her crush to help him up.

"Aisha?" Haruhime said.

"Eina?" Bell asked

"Miss Rose where are we?" Misha asked her boss.

"Filvis?"

"Lefiya?"

"Where are we?" Was said at the same time by both Asfi and Tsubaki.

"The hell if I knew!" Bete yelled back in annoyance as he was being sat on by the said women

"Did anyone else get consumed by some bright ass light and get brought here?" Welf was the first to actually ask one of the million Valis question

"Yep/Yeah/Somehow" everyone else replied

"How did this happen is the question?" Otarl said in confusion as he noticed that his weapon was gone.

"Where's our weapons at?!" Gareth asked as everyone took notice and befand to look for them. Beginning to worry.

"To answer your questions, your Weapons were not sent with you and you were all sent here via Teleportation. That's how"

a voice said, startling everyone and causing them to quickly rally to their respective gods and the none guild rallying to Ouranus and the entire staff of the hostess rallying to Bell.

And all those who had combat experience went into a combat stances and faced the figure who said that, however they were faced with a female figure, who calmly raised her hands as if she was surrendering

"Who the hell are you?!" Bete yelled for everyone.

"I will answer that if you all please stand down." She said, she was a Human, she looked to be in her early to mid sixty's Gray hair, yet short cut down to her ears.

"Like hell we would!" Mia was the one who shouted this time. Getting nods from the various people.

"Fine. Then please Allow me to explain." Woman said.

"My name is EDVH or Edvardin which stands for Electronic Dimensional Visual Historian."

"What? What's that?" Dionysus asked for everyone

To begin with I am not a human, I am a hologram. A projection of pure light."

"What?" Was the shared confused response.

"I'll show you. Bell Cranel please come forward." She said as she held her hand out.

"Not a chance!" Was the Shared response as Lillie, and Hestia said as they went to block his view from her. Not only them, but Ryuu, and Ais as well, to the surprise of many there, Bell included.

"Please, I'm just a frail old woman, I can't hurt you." She said only, before her response could fully register it was interrupted.

"What are you?" Loki and Freya said.

"We can't tell if that was a lie or not. It's not possible for living beings to be able to lie to us without us knowing or feeling their emotions! You are literally a blank slate!"

"Like I said, I am not a human, I am a hologram. Please, Come here Bell and I will show everyone what I mean." She once again ushered for him to come.

"H-how do you know my name? Are you a goddess?"

This actually got the attention of everyone including the gods, that actually made the most sense to those here.

"No Bell. I am a creation of Science and technology."

Slowly yet surely Bell pushed his way passed his friends and loved ones and slowly walked to her. The eyes of everyone there solidly on the interaction.

"Take my hand." She said as Bell slowly did that. Only for it to pass right through it.

"What?!" Bell Said as he jumped back in shock.

This was also shared with many as they had never seen such a thing.

"What kind of magic is this?" The mages asked surprised yet intrigued at the same time.

"It is not magic. Me and my creators are from a different universe, one far different and more advance from yours. in fact you are not on your own world anymore but in a different reality."

"Huh?" Was the dumb answer.

"Let me try and put it like this. Freya I have here a valis please tell me do you want heads or tails?"

"Heads."

"Very well." EDVH said as she flipped the holographic coin as all eyes were on it.

"Tails." The Holo said.

"What was the point in that? Misha asked.

"You see, we got tails. Yet there is another world, a different reality where it landed on heads."

"Excuse me?"

"Have you ever gone through life wishing or wondering what life would have been like if you did something different? Wish you took a left instead of right? Wished you gave up on that losing hand of cards? Wished you made that choice instead of the other one? Of course you did. And you did in a different world.

You see, there are different realities, or rather different worlds to put it simple. Some of these are very simple and not worth taking note in. Such as this coin landing on heads. Or you woke up and had eggs instead of a pice of toast."

"Understand so far?"

Most nodded while others tried to wrap there brains around.

"You see in my world magic does not exist. Instead of relying on using magic, we used mathematics and science to advance our society, and eventually we advanced so far that science and magic are sometimes almost one in the same, to the point where I was created and we can interact with other worlds."

"So what about these different worlds?" Anya asked.

"Like I said different actions and even words can very so much that there are in fact an infinite amount of other worlds that exist.

In fact, I have calculated that there is a total of three million different ways we could be having this conversation." This actually got shocked looks from mortal and gods.

"W-what?!"

"Of course we've learned and are still learning on what worlds to focus on. I myself have seen different worlds of yours to choose from."

"That's all well and good but why are we hear?" Finn asked the real question.

"Well as you know, my creators are aware of the many different realities and worlds there are. So many in fact that Mankind is interested in seeing how those different worlds play out and to understand the History of said worlds and reality'."

"And they wish to share that excitement with others who are willing.

"And what makes you think we are willing? You who snatched us from our homes to..this?" Ouranus said in a strong fair point.

"Because in all my searching and watching, I have come across something the human race has in ALL dimensions that are near unrivaled by other races. With you gods being a rare exception. You have a desire for the unknown, to see what lays beyond that horizon, a spirit of adventure and a desire to better yourselves. But even more then all those. You have a desire to learn something new."

"Plus I understand that you are all bored of your immortality. So what better way to sate it then to see and experience something no other gods have ever before? Finally you can once again feel that true feeling of knowing something truly special and unique that no others would ever learn?"

"And please, do not worry. We are in a place where time back on your home doesn't matter. Here we've been talking for quite some time. But back in your home maybe two seconds have passed. Do not worry, the Dungeon will not cause any harm."

"I'm in." Hermes suddenly said, stunning every mortal. Yet the gods themselves actually thought, really thought about it and it showed on their faces.

And one by one they all nodded, sans Hestia and Ouranus

"Alright, now that we have come to an agreement please, sit and be comfortable. I can give you any refreshments and food you desire.

"Wait!" Bell shouted

"Yes?" EDVH asked in a grandmotherly tone

"What type of universe are we exactly watching?" Bell asked.

To that EDVH simply pointed to the screen as the room dimmed.

"That's!" Alice and Lefiya said in shock.

As the Loki Familia shared their surprise.

Han mathon ne nen (I feel it in the water)

Han mathon ne chae (I feel it in the Earth.)

"Riveria!" Loki shouted slapping her back.

"I never knew you could speak so beautifully!"

"I've never heard that language before in my life." She said as she just brushed off that slap.

A han noston ned gwilith (I smell it in the air.)

Much that once was is lost. For none now live who remember it.

"If none now live to remember it how does she know?" Allen asked to which he got a shush.

As he got that they saw a title appear

Lord of the Rings.

"Lord of the Rings? That sounds more like something you'd name a book." Bell Said getting silent nods of agreement (if only you knew)

A forge appears where someone is casting some rings.

It began with the forging of the Great Rings.

Three hands are shown.

Three were given to the elves. (Riveria looks at her ring Gil-Galad and Cirdan are behind her looking at theirs.) Immortal, wisest and fairest of all beings.

"WHAT?!" was the shocked expression of many there. Even the gods them selves Rose eyebrows in surprise.

"Yes, in the world of Middle Earth there the elves were among the first race to walk their world and yes they are immortal. This version of Riveria is around 1322 years old.

After she said that Riveria gasped which quickly turned into a coughingfit asthe rest looked on in shock.

Of course Allen had to ruin the moment by commenting

"So I'm guessing since they are immortal and the first race to walk that world they are incredibly stuck up and no different from our elves?"

At that Filvis Lefiya and Alicia were Inches from pouncing on the cat when EDVH interrupted with a quipped tone.

"It is said that it is unwise to seek the counsel of Elves, for they will answer you with both a yes and no."

At that some shared a snicker as the screen resumed.

Seven to the dwarf lords, great miners and craftsmen of the mountain halls. (seven rings are shown on a table and picked up by dwarves who admire them and hold them up in the air.)

At that Gareth indulged in some personal pride

They then focus in on nine men all holding one ring each and looking at them.

And nine, nine rings were gifted to the race of men. (They drop their arms to their sides) Who above all else, desire power. (They fade away to a black screen.)

"That doesn't sound ominous at all. Lunoir said crossing her arms

The screen then Changes to show a map of Middle Earth.

For within these rings was bound the strength and will to govern each race.

(The map moves towards Mordor.)

But they were all of them deceived.

"And there it is."She said though quietly to herself as she was now leaning in.

For another ring was made. In the land of Mordor, in the fires of Mount Doom (Mount Doom appears on the screen and they See Sauron wreathed in flames.)

the dark Lord Sauron forged in secret a master Ring (Shows Sauron in full armour holding the Ring.) to control all others and into this Ring he poured his cruelty, his malice and his will to dominate all life. (Shows Saurons finger with the one Ring on it.) One Ring to rule them all.

"No." Chigusa said in gasped shock as she covers her mouth shacking a bit in fear at seeing the ominous and intimidating form the the dark lord (of the Sith) and hearing that the rings were actually traps.

The scene changes to show the map of Middle Earth again. Scenes of strife and war fade in behind the map

One by one the free lands of Middle Earth fell to the power of the Ring.

But there were some who resisted. (They were shown soldiers advancing on a battlefield.) A last alliance of Elves and Men marched against the armies of Mordor. And on the slopes of Mount Doom they fought for the freedom of Middle Earth.

"What does Riveria mean "a last alliance of men and elves?" Eina asked.

"It could mean a couple of things. You see since elves are immortal you can make an educated guess that the birth rate for elves are extremely low while the race of men do not face the same issue. So you can guess that it was the last time an alliance of such a size of the elven race joined together with men. Or you could also say that was the last alliance made between the two races officially at least, as of course elves and men would continue to help each other, just no longer in such a feat as the last alliance."

They see the armies of Orcs battling with the armies of Elves and Men.

"Oh gross."Misha said in repulsive shock at seeing a goblin and Orc.

"Makes the Xeno' look pretty." Welf whispered at Lillie who couldn't help but nod.

ELROND: Tangado haid! (Hold positions!)

The Elves bring up their shields.

ELROND: Leithio i philinn! (Fire arrows!)

The Elves fire arrows into the Orc ranks. The Orcs advance and the Elves bring up their swords to slash into the front line. The battle ensues and is very fierce. We see Gil-Galad spear an Orc on the ground. Elendil brandishes his sword.

Riveria: Victory was near. But the power of the Ring (Sauron steps onto the battlefield with the Ring on his finger.) could not be undone.

The Elves and Men back off looking fearful. Sauron comes forward. He swings his mace scattering Men and Elves all over the field. Elendil moves forward to try to engage him, but he is thrown away by the mace. He crumples against the rock, dropping his sword.

"Oh no." Haruhime said fearfully as she witnessed the slaughter the dark lord rought onto the alliance

Riveria: It was in this moment, that Isildur, son of the King, took up his fathers sword.

They watched as Isildur looks up at Sauron and dives for his fathers sword. Sauron stamps on it breaking it. He makes a grab for Isildur who swipes at his hand with the broken sword, severing the finger with the Ring on it. It falls to the ground.

"Alright!" Misha said

Elendil opens his eyes and looks at it in astonishment. Isildur looks up at Sauron who begins to glow brighter and brighter. There is a massive explosion sending a shock wave all across the armies, knocking the soldiers from their feet. Saurons helmet crashes to the ground.

Riveria: Sauron, the enemy of the Free Peoples of Middle Earth was defeated.

"Wow, that was a thing." Hestia said as others nodded but than, they watched something different happen.

They saw as Isildur picks up the finger with the Ring on it and looks at it..

Riveria: The Ring passed to Isildur. Who had this one chance to destroy evil forever.

But instead they looked on in shock and horror as the scene changes to Isildur riding through some woods on a horse But the hearts of Men are easily corrupted.

The Ring is shown on a chain around Isildurs neck.

Riveria: And the Ring of Power has a will of its own.

"Oh come on! Tiona exclaimed as she threw her arms up in frustration.

"He could have ended it back then and there!"

They then watch in surprise as Isildur and his men are ambushed by some Orcs. Isildur is knocked off his horse. His men are being slaughtered. He pulls the Ring off its chain and puts it on. He disappears instantly.

"That's a neat trick." Loki stated getting nods from a few adventures who knew the potential invisibility could have.

As the battle continues he runs and dives into the river, but as he is swimming the Ring falls off his finger revealing him to his enemies. He grabs for it but misses it.

Riveria: It betrayed Isildur.

They witnessed as he was shot in the back by arrows when the ring fell from his finger. He floats off down the river and the Ring sinks to the riverbed.

Riveria: And things that should not have been forgotten were lost. History became legend, legend became myth, and for two and a half thousand years the Ring passed out of all knowledge.

The audience now watches as the screen changes to show the Ring partly buried in the silt at the bottom of the River.

Riveria: Until, when chance came It ensnared a new bearer.

GOLLUM: My Precious!

Many were put off or shocked at hearing Gollum speaking.

Riveria: The Ring came to the creature Gollum who took it deep into the tunnels of the Misty Mountains. And there it consumed him.

They then see the underground passages of the mountains, showing bones of fish all around the ground. The screen than moves up to show Gollum crouched on a rock in the centre of a lake.

GOLLUM: It came to me, my own, my love, my own, my Precious.

He hears a sound and grabs the Ring to him looking around.

Riveria: The Ring brought to Gollum unnatural long life. And for five hundred years it poisoned his mind. And in the gloom of Gollums cave it waited.

Haruhime who sat next with Bell reflectivity took Bells hand, horrified at hearing and seeing what the ring did.

The gods were silent and just watched.

The smiths were shocked yet somehow amazed by the power the ring does, of course they knew better and vowed to take magic rings more seriously from now on.

Riveria: Darkness crept back into the forests of the world. Rumour grew of a shadow in the East, whispers of a nameless fear. And the Ring of Power perceived. Its time had now come.

They than watched as the Ring is falling down a rock tinkling as it falls.

Riveria: It abandoned Gollum. But something happened then that the Ring did not intend, it was picked up by the most unlikely creature imaginable.

Mia : "Whats this?"

"No." Freya and the staff Said.

Riveria: A Hobbit. Mia Baggins of the Shire.

"WHAT?!"

"No Mia say it's nyot so!" Anya cried as she grabbed Mia desperately. After hearing and seeing what the ring was and did to Gollum she couldn't hold back her fear and terror at seeing someone she knew find it.

The other staff sharing the horror and Syr (Hellen) looked in disbelief as she have her hands over her mouth in shock.

Ryu could only tighten her grip of her outfit in anger.

The rest of the others couldn't say anything. A sheared sense of horror at seeing a familiar face regardless of it was well known or just by business or reputation.

They looked in shock and horror as she picks the Ring up and looks at it.

Mia: A Ring!

GOLLUM: Lost!

Mia stands up and listens. She puts the Ring in her pocket;

Gollum: My Precious is lost.

The scene changes to show clouds over the mountains.

Riveria: For the time will soon come when Hobbits will shape the fortunes of all.

"T-That was a lot to take in." Hestia finally spoke.

"Indeed. It's actually quite a shock to be honest." Miach stated.

"So you really weren't bullshitting about other worlds and dimensions." Loki stated.

"Can you all stop for a second!" Lunoir screamed out surprising the others.

"Mia just got ahold of the ring and she's going to turn into that Gollum creature." Lunoir said dejectedly as Mia just took her close.

"Do not worry everyone." EDVH said, while yes the ring of power is evil and corrupts all it ensnares Hobbits have a sort of special resistance to its power."

As she said that people perked up with hope a bit.

"R-really?!" Anya said.

"Well, it's more appropriate to say that the ring was already effecting Mia shortly after she got it like it does everyone. It's just Hobbits take a lot longer to ensnare and corrupt than the other races of Middle Earth."

"Hey speaking of, I'm a dawrf but in that Middle Earth I'm a Hobbit, what are Hobbits?"

"Your Middle Earth Counterpart will explain that next, but basically they are Middle Earths version of Pallums, just with big hairy feet." She said smiling at that last part seeing some surprise and a little revulsion by some of the females at hearing that.

After the quick talk and explanation they then resume to see a map of Middle Earth. It is moving over the screen.

Mia :The 22nd day of September in the year 1400.

They watch as the map stops at the Shire.

Mia: by Shire reckoning. Bag End, Bagshot Row, Hobbiton, West Farthing, The Shire, Middle Earth. The Third Age of this world.

"That's a lovely place she's got." Welf couldn't help but speak.

"Others voicing the same as even though they were only seeing and watching, no one could deny that the place Mia lived was homely and welcoming.

The scene moves around the corner to show a cosy fire with Mia sitting with his back to us at her writing desk.

Mia :There and back again, A Hobbit's tale, by Mia Baggins.

They are then shown what she has written as she has spoken on a book in front of her. She puts her pen down, turns to an empty page, puts her pipe in her mouth and sits back.

Mia: Now, where to begin? Ah, yes. She picks up her pen and wipes it on the side of the inkwell.) Concerning Hobbits.

The scene changes to show Hobbits leading and following cows that are pulling a plough.

Mia: Hobbits have been living and farming in the four Farthings of the Shire for many hundreds of years.

They see as a Hobbit struggles to pull a stubborn pig on a rope.

Mia: quite content to ignore and be ignored by the world of the Big Folk.

More Hobbits are shown going about their daily life.

Mia: Middle Earth being, after all, full of strange creatures beyond count. Hobbits must seem of little importance, being neither renowned as great warriors, nor counted amongst the very wise.

They than see a Hobbit with his finger in his ear, and then trying to shake off whatever is on there! Getting various reactions from those watching

Mia stops writing, sits back and laughs. A knock comes at the door.

Mia: Lillie, someone at the door.

"LILLIE?!" The Hestia familia shouted as they all looked to their friend, she could only look in surprise.

Finn doing the same

"EDVH I demand you explain this right now!" Hestia demanded.

"It's quite simple really, in this world Mia is Lillie' aunt and Mia' her caretaker."

"Wow." Raul stated though he knew nothing of the pallum girl.

"Different dimensions really are something than." Anakitty statedz

Mia continues to write.

Mia: In fact, it has been remarked by some that Hobbits only real passion is for food.

Shows a Hobbit girl trying to kiss a Hobbit man who becomes distracted by a tray of buns passing by. Rather than kiss her he takes a bun and eats it.

"Ouch." Hermes stated at seeing that play out.

Mia: A rather unfair observation as we have also developed a keen interest in the brewing of ales

a Hobbit drinks from the barrel on his shoulder.

Mia: and the smoking of pipeweed.

They see some Hobbits wreathed in smoke sitting around a table together.

Mia: But where our hearts truly lie is in peace and quiet.

Two Hobbits sit quietly playing a board game in the sunshine.

Mia: and good tilled earth. For all Hobbits share a love of all things that grow.

They then see another shocking site Finn is planting pots of flowers and admiring them.

"HAHAHA guess we know what you'll do if you ever retire captain." Gareth couldn't help but laugh his ass off.

"Never took you for one of those DILFS!"

Tione couldn't help but fantasize. Seeing her captain like that, peaceful and content made her think of what her future life will be like. A few kids growing up in a place like the Shire. She made a mental note to find a little corner of the world like that and drag-err take Finn there and live a quiet life like the Hobbits do.

Mia: And yes, no doubt to others, our ways seem quaint

The scene than moves to the party field and the preparations for Mia's party.

Mia: But today of all days, it is brought home to me it is no bad thing to celebrate a simple life.

"Hobbits seem like very nice folk to be around." Chigusa stated.

"Yes, very homely and simple."

"Quite carefree if you ask me." Bete stated.

"Nothing wrong with that." Alicia shot back.

"I wouldn't mind living in a place like the shire." Misha said.

"Ah a country girl?" Finn asked.

They see the party banner going up saying Happy Birthday Mia Baggins. A knock comes at the door again.

Mia: Lillie, the door! where is that girl! Lillie!

They see Lillie as she sits quietly reading underneath a tree. A humming is heard from off in the distance.

Gandalf: Hmm hmm hmm hmm, Down from the door where it began, hmm hmm hmm hmm

Lillie jumps up and listens, smiling, she begins to run.

Gandalf: And I must follow if I can.

Wondering who it was they see that a wagon is coming and with it Gandalf. He is singing

Gandalf: The road goes ever on and on, down from the door where it began, now far ahead the road has gone, and I must follow if I can.

Lillie runs up and looks down at Gandalf from a bank. Gandalf stops.

Lillie: Youre late!

Gandalf: A wizard is never late! Lillie Baggins.

Gandalf speaks from beneath his hat and looks up into Lillie's eyes.

"Gandalf: Nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.

"Haha I'll have to remember tha-" Hermes about to say when Asfi gripped him hard and had a look of pure murder in her eyes.

"Don't you dare!"

"A wizard?" Riveria asked.

"Yes Gandalf the Grey. A well known traveler, and a very good friend of the Baggins' family." EDVH simply said as she would tell them more about him later, waiting to see how much he'll grow on the group.

There is a pause where they watched a back and forth between Gandalf and Lillie, first they look very serious, then they smile, and then they burst into laughter.

Lillie: Its wonderful to see you Gandalf.

She jumps down onto the cart to give Gandalf a hug. They embrace laughing. Gandalf looks at Lillie with twinkling eyes.

Gandalf: You didnt think I'd miss your aunt Mia s birthday? (He laughs)

They watch them entering the Shire in the cart.

Gandalf: So how is the old rascal? I hear it is going to be a party of special significance?

Lillie: You know Mia, she's got the whole place in an uproar.

Gandalf:Well that should please her. (He laughs)

Lillie: Half the Shires been invited.

They are then shown Hobbits working in the fields as they drive past.

Lillie: And the rest of them are turning up anyway. (They laugh merrily together.)

The scene changes to the pond in the Shire.

Mia: And so life in the Shire goes on, very much as it has this past age. (Lillie and Gandalf drive over the bridge.)

Mia: Full of its own comings and goings with change coming slowly, if it comes at all. (They drive up through Hobbiton past all the Hobbit holes.)

Mia: For things are made to endure in the Shire, passing from one generation to the next. There's always been a Baggins living here under the Hill, in Bag End.

They are shown Mia writing her book.

Mia :And there always will be.

Scene moves back to Lillie and Gandalf again.

Lillie: To tell you the truth, Mia has been acting a bit odd lately.

She looks at Gandalf concerned.

Lillie: I mean, more than usual. She's taken to locking herself in her study.

They see Mia looking at a map as Lillie speaks.

Lillie: She spends hours and hours poring over old maps when she thinks I'm not looking.

Mia puts the map down and starts to panic. She searches her pockets for something, turning them out.

Mia: Wheres it gone?

She searches her Hobbit hole, lifting cushions and coats, becoming more and more anxious. She throws down her bag and coat, and then she touches her waistcoat pocket, puts her hand inside and takes something out relieved.

Mia :Aaaaah.

She closes her hand and brings it up to her mouth with her eyes closed.

The people couldn't help but grimace and pity her at knowing what it was she was looking for.

"She's a like a potion addict." Armid stated.

Then a look of realization hit them. That was it. The ring was like an addiction to those it ensnares because it was.

Lillie: She's up to something. Gandalf looks at Lillie mysteriously. Lillie looks up at him. All right then, keep your secrets!

Gandalf: What? He tries to look as if he doesnt know what Lillie is on about.

Lillie: But I know you have something to do with it.

Gandalf: Good gracious me!

Lillie: Before you came along we Bagginses were very well thought of.

Gandalf: Indeed?

Lillie: We never had any adventures, or did anything unexpected.

Gandalf: If youre referring to the incident with the dragon, I was barely involved. All I did was give your Aunt a little nudge out of the door.

"Dragon!?"

Lillie: Whatever you did, you've been officially labelled as a disturber of the peace.

Gandalf: Oh really? He looks about smoking his pipe and sees a Everard Proudfoot in his garden who glares at him

CHILDREN HOBBITS: Gandalf! Gandalf!

They run after the cart past the Hobbits in the garden.

CHILDREN HOBBITS:Fireworks Gandalf! Gandalf! Fireworks Gandalf!

They become disappointed as the cart pulls away from them.

"Oh don't be like that come on!" Tione said

Lillie looks at Gandalf. The children stand dejected. Suddenly some fireworks fly from the back of the cart and explode in the air.

CHILDREN HOBBITS:Hooooraaaay! They cheer loudly and jump up and down excitedly. Lillie smiles at Gandalf who laughs. Everard laughs, but his wife glares at him disapproving. His smile fades

This scene got smiles and laughs from the group and the good hearted scene.

Lillie than stands up in the cart.

Lillie: Gandalf, Im glad youre back.

Gandalf: So am I dear girl. Lillie jumps off the cart and waves goodbye to him.

Gandalf: So am I.

There is a panoramic view of the Shire; Gandalf drives around from the back of the hill into view as he pulls up towards Bag End. He stops, pauses and smiles as he looks at Bag End. He kicks open the gate, which has a sign on it NO ADMITTANCE, EXCEPT ON PARTY BUSINESS.

"Maybe I should put something like that on the pub for special events. Thought to herself.

Gandalf knocks on the door with the end of his staff.

Mia :(from inside) No thank you! We dont want any more visitors, well wishers or distant relations! (Gandalf laughs)

"That Bad of neighbor's?" Takemazuchi asked which got a nod from the holo

Gandalf: And what about very old friends?

The door opens and Mia stands there surprised.

Mia: Gandalf?

Gandalf: Mia Baggins.

He smiles at her.

Mia: My dear Gandalf!

She runs to Gandalf who kneels down and hugs back.

"It's a bit weird seeing you so short mamma." Ryu said as she knew Mia was around the same hight as Gandalf.. than again Mia seemed a bit tall for a dwarf.

Gandalf: Its good to see you. One hundred and eleven years old who would believe it. He looks closely at Mia

Gandalf: You havent aged a day!

"So he doesn't know?"

"Yes and kinda no. He knows she's in possession of a magic ring, but he doesn't know it's the one ring."

They pause and look at each other then begin to laugh. Mia runs into the Hobbit hole.

Mia: Come on, come in! Welcome, welcome. Oh, here we are.

She closes the door. Gandalf looks huge in the little Hobbit hole. He hands his hat and staff to Mia , who takes it from him.

Mia: Tea or maybe something a little stronger? Ive got a few bottles of the Old Winyard left, 1296, a very good year, almost as old as I am.

"This Mia is a lot more welcoming and friendly!" Syr(Hellen) said in a chip tone

She runs and puts Gandalf' things on the hat stand. Gandalf ducks to avoid the chandelier. Mia runs off up a corridor shouting back to him.

Mia:It was laid down by my father, what say we open one eh?

Gandalf:Just tea, thank you.

He backs up a little and crashes into the chandelier; he ducks under it, turns around suddenly and hits his head on the top of the doorjamb.

Gandalf:Owwwh! He holds his head and chuckles. Which was also shared but the gods and mortals

Mia: I was expecting you sometime last week. Not that it matters; you come and go as you please. Always have done and always will.

Gandalf surveys the cosy parlour with a fire burning in the fireplace.

Mia: Youve caught me a bit unprepared I'm afraid urm weve only got cold chicken and a bit of pickle oh and theres some cheese here, oh no that wont do! Urm weve got raspberry jam, an apple tart.

"Great now I'm getting hungry." Mikoto said.

Gandalf picks up a map off the table, he looks at it there is the Lonely Mountain and a picture of Smaug the Dragon over it.

Mia: but we've not much for afters. Oh no were all right, I've found some sponge cake! Mia comes into the room

Mia: I can make you some eggs if you oh. Gandalf? She looks around unable to see Gandalf. But then see that Gandalf leans down through the door behind him.

Gandalf:Just tea, thank you.

"How'd he do that?" Bell asked surprised

Secret of magic users." Was the exact same and shared response of the magic users (sans Haruhime)

Mia turns and looks at him.

Mia :Oh right. You dont mind if I do, do you? (Mia puts some cheese into her mouth.)

Gandalf: Oh not at all!

A a knock comes at the door. Mia jumps back against the wall hiding.

VOICE: Mia! Mia Baggins! (Knocks again.)

Mia: (whispering) I'm not at home! Shecowers back against the wall and then sneaks to the window to look out. Its the Sackville-Bagginses.

VOICE:I know youre in there!

Mia: They're after the house! She tiptoes back to Gandalf.

Mia: They've never forgiven me for living this long. I've got to get away from these confounded relatives hanging on the bell all day, never giving me a moments peace.

"Besides I'm leaving it all to Lillie."'Mia stated matter of factly getting a somewhat awkward laugh and thanks form Lillie.

She looks out of the kitchen window then turns back.

Mia: I want to see mountains again, mountains Gandalf.

Gandalf is struggling to sit at the low table, trying to get comfortable.

Mia: And then find somewhere quiet where I can finish my book.

Gandalf: So you mean to go through with your plan then?

Mia: Yes, yes, its all in hand. All the arrangements are made. She pours water into the pot; Gandalf lifts the lid for her. Oh, thank you.

Gandalf: Lillie suspects something.

"Wait I'm just leaving?"

Mia: Of course she does, she's a Baggins, not some blockheaded Bracegirdle from Hardbottle.

She said as she returns the kettle to the fireplace.

Gandalf: You will tell her wont you?

Mia: Yes, yes.

Gandalf: She's very fond of you.

Mia: I know, she'd probably come with me if I asked her to. But I think in her heart' still in love with the Shire, the woods, the fields and the little rivers.

She started off but then the audience, the gods especially heard and knew the wiriness and the longing in her voice. The tiredness in it as well.

Mia: I am old Gandalf. I know I dont look it, but I'm beginning to feel it in my heart.

Gandalf looks at her concerned as he watches Mia fingers something in her waistcoat pocket, Gandalf watches her carefully. Mia sits at the table with Gandalf

Mia: I feel thin, sort of stretched like butter scraped over too much bread. I need a holiday, a very long holiday. And I dont expect that I shall return. In fact, I mean not to.

"Y-you don't mean like you want to go off and die do you?" Chloe asked worried.

"No. At least not deliberately." Ouranus stated.

"I suspect the ring is in part to play with this as well hence why she's feeling tired. EDVH if I'm right I'm guessing Gandalf' reaction to her age she's passed the standers age for a hobbit?"

"Hobbits generally live around one hundred years, give or take a couple of decades. The oldest Hobbit on record without the Ring of Power was Bilbo's grandfather Gerontius Took, known by almost everybody as the Old Took. He was 130 when he died.

"But you are in the right area of guessing as the ring is not helping her in anyway."

(She would wait until they knew more of Gollum if it was ever brought up again)

The scene changes to show Gandalf and Mia sitting on a bench outside Bag End smoking their pipes. It is dark and they can see the party field below all lit up with lights.

Mia: Old Toby, the finest weed in the Southfarthing.

"Mia smoking? There's a site." Freya said teasingly at her former captain.

She blows a smoke ring, as it spreads and becomes bigger and bigger Gandalf sends his own smoke ship through the centre of it. Mia watches it.

"There's a nice party trick." Welf said as others were quite surprised and yet touched by the displeasure of two friends.

Mia: Gandalf my old friend, this will be a night to remember.

A huge firework explodes in the night sky over the party tree, from which a sign saying "Happy Birthday Mia Baggins" is hanging.

music is playing. The Party field appears below. Many hobbits are dancing and clapping. A huge birthday cake is being carried across the field above the heads of the hobbits. Lillie is dancing whilst others help themselves to ale Finn sitting at a table catching glimpses of Rosie Cotton dancing behind him. Mia is welcoming her guests

"Easy Tione."

Mia:Hello, Hello, Fatty Bolger Lovely to see you, Welcome, Welcome

Lillie: Go on Finn, ask Rosie for a dance.

"OVER MY DEAD BODY!" Tione screamed in rage as Finn could only sigh.

Finn:(looks nervous) Ah, I think I'll just have another ale. He says as he gets up.

"Didn't take you for a cowered Finn(Dim)" Gareth sadly said pity patting his shoulder

Lillie: Oh no you dont she said as she takes him by the shoulders and pushes him into Rosie's path Go on.

Gandalf is letting off another firework over the party

Mia is talking to a group of hobbit children

Mia: So there I was at the mercy of three monstrous trolls and they were all arguing amongst themselves about how they were going to cook us. Whether it be turned on a spit or whether they should sit on us one by one and squash us into jelly. the children gasp.

In the background Gandalf is dancing with the grownup hobbits They spent so much time arguing the witherto's and whyfor's that the sun's first light cracked open over the top of the trees. Poof! the children jump and turned them all into stone!

"You certainly are quite the story teller Mia."

Gandalf laughing to himself gathers more fireworks from his cart. As he turns away Chloe appears from around the side of the cart. She taps the side of the tent next to it, and Anya appears

"Well well well, Mia says turning to look at the two cats who were shocked at seeing Themselves as hobbits.

"NOO! MY BEAUTIFUL EARS AND TAIL!" Chloe wailed.

"BIG HAIRY FEET!" Anya cried out. Only for the two to have been on the the receiving end of Lunoir' fists

Chloe: Quickly she mentions as she gives Anya a leg-up into the cart

"You may be different races in this world, but you've still got the EXACT same personality." Ryuu said exasperated.

Gandalf lets off a firework amongst a group of children which sends hundreds of butterflies out for the children to chase

Meanwhile Chloe picks up a firework from the cart and shows it to Anya

Chloe: No no! the big one, big one!

Anya picks up one with a dragon's head, shows it to Chloe who gasps and Anya jumps from the cart and runs into a tent. Chloe nonchalantly takes a bite of herhis apple and runs after her

"Yep, nothing but trouble makers if not watched over." Mia stated putting a hand over her face.

Mia: Mrs Bracegirdle, how nice to see you. Welcome welcome. Are all these children yours ?

MRS BRACEGIRDLE:Yeah

Mia: Good gracious you have been productive!

The Women couldn't help but look in shock and pity for the woman. They themselves shuddering at the site.

Suddenly Mia's ears start to twitch. She turns quickly and worriedly, bumping straight into Lillie

Mia: Sackville-Bagginses!

Quickly! Hide!

The Sackville-Baggins look around everywhere, whilst Lillie and Mia hide by the side of a tent out of sight

Mia: Oh! Thank you my dear You're a good lass Lillie . I'm very selfish you know. (Lillie looks confused) Yes, I am. Very selfish. I don't know why I took you in after your mother and father died, but it wasn't out of charity. I think it was because, of all my numerous relations, you were the one Baggins that showed real spirit.

"Don't think too much of it little girl, that's a complement from her." Freya said about Mia.

Lillie: Mia have you been at the Gaffers home brew?

Mia: No. Well yes, b-b-b but thats not the point. The point is, Lillie, (she pauses and reconsiders) You'll be alright.

A fuse is being lit on a firework. Chloe and Anya are holding the giant firework between them in the tent.

Anya: Done!

Chloe: You're supposed to stick it in the ground they are passing the upright firework from side to side between each other

SLAP* "Dumb cats!"Lunoir couldn't stop herself as Ryu and Syr each put a hand on her shoulder

Anya: It is in the ground (passes it back to Chloe )

Chloe: Outside (he passes it back to Anya)

Anya: It was your idea!

Suddenly the firework takes off, taking the tent with it. Chloe and Anya fall back on the ground covered in soot. And Lunoir couldn't help but laugh her butt off at the site. Mia and Syr trying their best to hide a smirk with Freya giving a barely contained giggle.

The other hobbits gasp as they see the firework race into the sky. It lights up the sky and a dragon's face develops, and wings as it swoops back down across the crowd. Lillie spots the dragon coming towards them

"Now that's a firework!" Tsubaki said.

"Next time I'm getting you two to infuse some magic into the fireworks." Loki said.

"No." Was the response she received.

Lillied Mia ! Mia ! Watch out for the dragon

Mia: Dragon! Nonsense, there hasn't been a dragon in these parts for a thousand years. (Lillie pushes Mia to the ground as the firework swoops over them and explodes in front of them over the lake. The hobbits all gasp and cheer)

Chloe and Anya looking on, covered in soot, hair standing on end. Smile and nod appreciatively

Chloe: That was good!

Anya:bLets get another one!

A pair of hands appears behind them, and grabs an ear of each of the hobbits They groan and look up behind them

Gandalf : Chloedoc Brandybuck and Anyagrin Took! I might have known!

"You have my pity." Lunoir said to Gandalf watching the seven before her knowing the suffering he is experiencing when dealing with the cats.

Gandalf sets them to the washing up.

CROWD: Speech Mia (Mia raises her glass)

Lillie: Speech!

Mia walks and stands on top of a barrel in front of the crowd. The enormous cake next to her, lit with 111 candles

Mia: My dear Bagginses and Boffins, (the crowd clap and cheer) Tooks and Brandybucks (cheers), Grubbs (cheers), Chubbs (cheers), Hornblowers (cheers), Bulgers (they raise their beer), Bracegirdles (cheers), and Proudfoots

PROUDFOOT HOBBIT with his feet resting on a barrel shouts) PROUDFEET! (the crowd laughs)

"Ouch." Naza said in her anemic tone.

Mia :Today is my One Hundred and Eleventh birthday! (the crowd cheer and raise their glasses)

HOBBIT: Happy Birthday!

Mia: Alas, elevnty-one years is far too short a time to live among such excellent and admirable hobbits. (the hobbits cheer) I don't know half of you half as well as I should like and I like less than half of you, half as well as you deserve. (there is confused silence. Gandalf smirks)

I, er, she reaches for her pocket, I have things to do she is hesitant. She reaches inside her pocket. Lillie and Gandalf watch her curiously. She takes out something and holds it behind her back. It is the one ring.

Speaking very seriously

Mia: I've put this off for far too long. I regret to announce This is the End. I'm going now. I bid you all a very fond farewell. Lillie looks at her curiously. Mia smiles at her Goodbye.

Mia disappears before their eyes. The hobbits gasp! Lillie looks astonished. Gandalf takes the pipe out of his mouth and scowls

"If we didn't know what that was I'd be laughing and trying that out myself next time." Loki stated, arms crossed Hermes sharing her thoughts.

They see the party field off in the background, and watch as Mia's gate opens seemingly on its own. Invisible footsteps can he heard running up the garden path and the front door opens and shuts on its own.

Mia is heard laughing as she reappears and looks at the ring in her hand. She flicks it in the air, catches it and pops it back in his pocket. She gathers a walking stick and walks into her lounge.

"I think she swapped personalities with Loki or she should be in her familia." Hestia said as they watched Mia acting quite proud of her little prank.

"You're Not entirely wrong." Finn agreed.

Gandalf: I suppose you think that was terribly clever.

"Geez." Aina jumped a bit surprised.

"A magic thing?" Filvis asked Lefiya. She just got a stupefied shake of the head as even she was shocked and surprised how such an old man could have gotten there so quickly.

Riveria as well as the gods and Finn started thinking there maybe more to the old wizard than meets the eye.

Mia turns quickly around surprised!

Mia: Come on Gandalf. Did you see their faces! She said as she continues to pack

Gandalf: There are many magic rings in this world Mia Baggins and none of them should be used lightly

Mia: (holds her hands out) It was just a bit of fun! Oh, you're probably right as usual!

She fetches her pipe and points a finger at Gandalf

Mia: You will keep an eye on Lillie won't you?

Gandalf: Two eyes.

Mia: Thanks

Gandalf: As often as I can spare.

Mia: I'm leaving everything to her.

Gandalf: What about this ring of yours ? Is that staying too?

"What." Was the horrified response as sweat and fear began growing in Hestia Familia.

"No." Haruhime said as tears were beginning to form.

Bell looked angered and ready to jump in somehow.

Welf swore if he could jump in that world he would just so he could finally destroy it.

"WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER!?" Hestia screamed in rage at the though of why that Mia would leave the one ring to Lillie.

"Please, not Lillie-dono! Mikoto prayed.

Mia: Yes, yes. Its in an envelope over there on the mantlepiece. She gestures.

Gandalf nods and goes to look

Mia: No! Wait... it's... here in my pocket. Ha!

She takes it out and caresses it

Mia: Isn't-Isn't that odd now. Yet after all why not, Why shouldn't I keep it.

"Oh no."

Gandalf: I think you should leave the ring behind Mia Is that so hard ?

Mia: (turns around swiftly to face Gandalf, disturbed from her day dream) Well no ... and ... yes.. (she turns back to play with the ring again) (crossly she speaks) Now it comes to it, I don't feel like parting with it. It's mine, I found it! It came to ME!

Gandalf :There's no need to get angry

Mia :Well if I'm angry it's your fault! It's mine (she strokes the ring) My own... My Precious

Everyone shuddered even the gods flinched at hearing those words

Gandalf: Precious? A ring's been called that before. But Not by you!

Mia turns around swiftly and crossly

Mia: OH! What business is it of yours what I do with my own things!

Gandalf: I think you've had that ring quite long enough.

Mia :(raising her fists) You want it for yourself!

Gandalf: (raising his voice) Mia BAGGINS! (he raises himself to full height and the room darkens) Do not take me for some conjuror of cheap tricks! (Mia is forced back against the wall. She looks scared) I am not trying to rob you! (the room lightens again. Gandalf smiles) I'm trying to help you.

"Holy shit." Bete said surprised at the old man.

"You need to learn that when dealing with Loki. Lady Riveria." Alicia said matter of factly

Mia runs to Gandalf and hugs him

Gandalf: (kneels before her) All your long years we've been friends. Trust me as you once did. Let it go

"Can she though." Freya whispered to herself in worry

Mia: You're right Gandalf . The ring must go to Lillie (she picks up her walking stick and makes for the front door) Yes, it is time. She opens the door and goes to walk out)

Gandalf: Mia! The ring is still in your pocket.

They watch as she turns and smiles guiltily. Breath Held as they all watched, hoped, prayed that she could let it go.

oh! yes.. she takes it out reluctantly and stares at it in her hand. She slowly tips her hand so it falls on the floor and walks swiftly out of the door. Gandalf follows her

"D-did the ring just try to cling to her!?" Welf said sitting up from his seat in shock.

"It did." Hephaestussimply said in surprise.

"Forget that! Did you seehow the ring just slammed onto the floor! Rings bounce a bit when dropped." Tsubaki added her two cents into the conversation.

(He breathes deeply the night air)

I've thought of an ending for my book.

She turns to face Gandalf.

Mia: and she lives happily ever after to the end of her days

Gandalf: and I'm sure you will my dear friend.

Mia: Goodbye Gandalf . they shake hands warmly

Gandalf: Goodbye. Dear Mia

Mia walks out of his garden singing

Mia: the road goes ever on and on Down from the door where it began.

Gandalf:Until our next meeting.

and with that the screen turns black and the room brightens up.

"And there you have the beginning." EDVH said.

"W-why does Lillie have to have the ring?" Lillie asked in fear.

"Remember what Middle Earth' Riveria said. At the beginning? She asked getting shocks of no.

"For the time will soon come when Hobbits will shape the fortunes of all."

Wait so Lillie is the hero of this world?!" Bell asked. To which he received a nod form the woman.

"I'd say congratulations, but I'm sorry Lillie." Welf said sadly.

"W-why does it have to be Lillie?" Hestia asked.

"Fate, destiny and ones purpose rarely asks heroes of they want to do it. If it did where would the world be? Who would be the great heroes of old?

"So what happens next?" Ouranus asked to that EDVH dimmed the room once again for the next viewing.

And here it is. I've been waiting to see if someone would do this kind of thing.

I got tired of waiting.

Now, I'm still debating on who will be who in this fic. For now I'm standing on half a replaced cast and half original cast. Elrond and Gandalf being two examples of staying the same.

Originally I replaced Gandalf with Zeus, but then i would have to either bring Zeus in or have to write a whole segment of Bell explaining about his Gramps.

And then I realized early on, lore wise it'd be better to have Gandalf stay the same. (It's Gandalf man.)

Anya and Chloe replacing Mery and Pippin and the race change was a bit of a should or not? But I believe their personality' are close enough to allow the change.

I was actually thinking of using the Gulliver brothers to replace them but personality wise I know nothing about them.

Finn being Sam. It was either that or having him play Theodin and I don't really know about that last part.

The knights of Fianna. I finished the event without reading anything (oops?) so does it justify Lillie and Finn being together on the quest?
