{~Seven Deadly Sins~} Chapter 2
{~Rage~}
“Hello everyone, my name is Lucia, and I’ll be your host today. We’re going to dive into an introduction to Katana Swinging while I demonstrate on some enthusiastic volunteers.
The red demons move quite slowly, whereas the gray demons are a bit quicker, but I can still barely make them out.
As I swing my katana in a sweeping motion, I leap over dark snow and fireballs, effortlessly slicing off a red demon's hand while also severing an entire arm from a gray demon amidst their cries of agony. But I haven’t finished them off yet. Why? Because demons don’t die; they possess more than one heart. So, for me, they serve as training dummies as I cut through dark nebulae in half while increasing my speed. I manage to dodge a small fireball that hits my shoulder. It stings, but it’s not as painful as I anticipated.
After half an hour of rigorous training, I successfully dispatched the red and gray demons that confronted me, gaining valuable combat experience with this new combination of sword Styles.
[[Congratulations! You have successfully defeated 5 red demons and 8 gray demons, earning 4,563 experience points and 60 Lucia lotus shards.]]
Wow, what great rewards!

Additionally, I feel stronger now. Did this small system like thing automatically make me an S rank since I had the required Shards? after cleaning my blade and making it disappear for now, I can’t help but wonder if this place will turn into some sort of RPG for me.
I’m curious—does this apply to any race or just specific ones?
(3 days later)
I’ve been taking down anything that attacks me—demons, angels, and vampires—but it seems I can only earn rewards from these encounters.

Demons still pursue me, and angels do the same. The moment I sense someone trying to use magic to control me, I eliminate them on sight. However, it feels like my luck has run out. Of all the demons, why did it have to be him?
It’s Meliodas, the leader of the Ten Commandments, and the strongest demon right under the Demon King.
I'm terrified—I can clearly sense that I can't outmatch him. My body, along with my instincts honed from Vergil's fighting style, urges me to flee, to hide, to be anywhere but in this moment.
As I watch Meliodas disappear from my view, my eyes widen in shock, and before I can think, my body reacts instinctively, drawing my katana to block the swing of his massive, saw-like greatsword. The ground beneath me fractures as I struggle to withstand the force of his attack.
Meliodas simply stares at me for a moment before commenting, "Slow...but interesting." Is he holding back? His strikes feel as if a planet is crashing down on me!
He ceases his downward assault and vanishes from my sight once more, even faster this time. My instincts kick in just in time to avoid the blow, but I'm sent tumbling through the air, my arms aching terribly from the effort of blocking such a powerful hit.
As I collide with the mountain, pain radiates throughout my body, and the force of my impact creates a minor crater where I crashed.
Blood and something else trickle down. Is this serum on my lips? After surviving the mountain crash, I struggle to breathe heavily, trying to steady myself as I hear footsteps approaching.
"Lucia, by my father the demon king's command, you will meet him or die at my hands," he states flatly, devoid of any emotion, as if this were merely a task for him. Honestly, I can't blame him; I'm just complicating matters for him.
"*Cough* H-how about never!" I retort, rising to prepare for a swing, having finally calmed my thoughts. But before I can attack, I find half of my katana in Meliodas's grip. Meanwhile, he has driven his massive sword into the ground and is now lifting me by the neck, choking me.
As I struggle to free myself, I desperately gasp for air. My vision is fading, and I see black dots creeping in. No, no, no! I can't die!
After a short period of darkness, I find myself thrown to the ground, unable to see anything. My survival hinges on my second passive ability, which I plan to use to feign being 'dead' in hopes that he will leave me alone.
Although I can’t see anything, I can still hear. After a moment, I hear footsteps fading away, and I feel a sense of urgency to act against Meliodas. I really hope I can do something.
[[Reality Compromised]](active)
Just as Meliodas starts to walk away, he senses something amiss and turns his head, only to find a fist striking him just inches from his face. With no chance to dodge, he is hit squarely, sending him crashing to the ground.
Lucia pins him down and begins delivering a rapid series of punches to his face that only accelerates as time goes on. Eventually, Meliodas manages to shove Lucia off him.
However, he quickly realizes that she suffered no damage; as she stands up, her sword is instantly repaired. She swings it down at him, and while he manages to block the attack, Lucia continues to unleash wild strikes onto his enormous saw-like greatsword without pausing.
[Somewhere in the goddess realm]
Elizabeth pauses for a moment, her gaze directed upward, utterly absorbed in her thoughts.
"Eliz, are you okay? You're zoning out," she hears a voice, which turns out to belong to Mael.
"I can feel so much anger... so much hatred, it's... overwhelming," she admits, lacking certainty.
"Don’t worry about the demons; they’re no match for us," he reassures her.
[Back to the fight]
Meanwhile, Meliodas is being tossed around like a rag doll, struggling to retaliate, while Lucia appears to be gaining strength without limits.
"What in the world is this creature?" Meliodas mutters to himself.

As the countdown continues, Lucia disappears from her previous spot, which she had just destroyed, and in the next moment, everything goes dark for him until he awakens to see her lunging at him, doing the same thing as before.

He once again manages to deflect her swing, though the ground begins to crack from the tension. Piece by piece, she manages to disarm him, and as she swings downwards, darkness envelops them once more, reverting them to their previous stance. He is blocking the attack from her blade, just as he realizes she’s moving to knock his weapon free, but the outcome remains unclear.
To Meliodas, this feels like a repetition, yet he can’t grasp what is truly unfolding before him.
In an instant, he throws a punch at her, propelling her backward as he temporarily activates his assault mode to level the playing field. With this adjustment, blocking her swings becomes significantly easier; she suffers damage, but it fades away so quickly that it seems like she’s invincible.
As the battle approaches its climax, Meliodas exclaims, ((ENCHANTED HELL BLAZE.))
Lucia charges at him with full force, but abruptly collapses, ceasing all movement and causing Meliodas to halt.
The last thing Lucia hears in her mind as she loses consciousness is:
[[Reality Compromised(disabled)]]
[[User will now go unconscious for 3 days]]
(Meliodas' perspective)
This woman fascinates me. It's clear why my father wanted me to capture her; initially, I was indifferent and only intended to kill her. However, I never anticipated her resilience or the bizarre sequences that occurred each time the world darkened, just as she came close to striking me. It felt as though I had experienced death, only to find that nothing had truly transpired, and the exact attack hadn’t even happened.
As I approach her, I’m suddenly ambushed by arcs of energy and a bloody Eli appears before me.
"Get away from her!!” she shouts.
I’m not in the mood to confront this woman—I’m fatigued and need to recuperate after that intense battle. Summoning my dark wings, I take off, hoping she can survive for a little longer. Don’t let me down, new species.
(Elizabeth's perspective)
After ensuring the demon has departed, I fly towards Lucia’s unconscious form. She appears uninjured, yet the entire forest looks devastated, as if it had endured a catastrophic storm. Against my better judgment, I use my magic to safeguard her body, anticipating she might be hurt, but nothing could brace me for what I discovered.
“All her bones are crushed…”
Gently lifting Lucia, I fly to a safer location to tend to her. “You have to pull through, Lucia.”
(Lucia's perspective)
Here I am again in this void, it seems like I’ll be stuck here for the three days. Well, I might as well use this time to contemplate some skills, or even better, passive abilities.
“Lucia…” A voice resonates in the void, interrupting my thoughts. Turning around, I find myself face to face with Chaos, and they don’t seem pleased.
“Uh, hey, Chaos. Nice weather, right?” I stutter awkwardly, attempting to divert their focus from my actions.
Curious about what transpired? Technically, I didn’t do it, but my passive ability took over—I ended Meliodas’ life three times.
“Actually, it was five...” Chaos interjected.
“Five...? Since when—”
“That’s irrelevant. I told you to safeguard my creation, not eliminate one of the mortals crucial for its survival,” they declare like a disappointed parent.
“I… I didn’t mean to, I swear!” His presence feels much more intimidating than usual.
Chaos sighs deeply.
“Yes, I realize that. I just didn’t expect your passive, which had clear limitations, to kill Meliodas five times. It also doesn’t help that my offspring, DK and SD, soon became aware of you,” he muses, and I can almost imagine him stroking a hypothetical beard in contemplation.
“Why did they notice me so quickly? I hadn’t done anything significant!” My nerves are frayed, not from DK or SD, but because I fear Chaos might punish or even eliminate me.
“Cast away those thoughts, child. I have no intention of doing such a thing,” he replies hastily, his voice elevating slightly, causing me to flinch.
I can’t say I’m not scared, though my mind isn’t consumed by fear; it’s my body that trembles slightly in chaos until I sensed what might have been a hand gently rubbing my head.
With that touch, every feeling of dread, of impending doom, faded away, and my body relaxed so quickly that I found myself instinctively leaning into the hand.
This sensation reminded me of a time long before I found myself in this current state.
"I’m sorry, child. It doesn’t help that my other children are acting foolishly," the voice said.
Suddenly, I was lifted off the ground of this dark void and placed onto someone’s lap, and the gentle hand rubbing my head felt even more comforting.
"Do you have a plan or an idea of what we should do next?" I asked chaos.
"Yes, I have three things in mind. First, I’ll tweak your reality compromise. Second, I’ll add some new passives to assist you with the current situation. And third, I’ll upgrade your panel/system," they replied, casual as ever, while I understood that ‘reality compromised’ might be nerfed or altered. That was acceptable, I suppose.
But hey! At least I was getting a system upgrade.
"You mean the issue where the SD and DK could easily sense and see me?" I asked innocently.
"Exactly, and perhaps as a bonus, I’ll ensure that no one in my creation learns about this world," chaos responded.
"Like...?"
"For instance, Gowther...hopefully I didn’t mispronounce the name," they muttered.
"Oh, that makes sense."
"Anyway, I’ll start fixing some problems now. You can sleep; just remember you won’t wake up back here unless it’s necessary," chaos said as I stifled a yawn.
I figured I might as well sleep for a while; it seemed like a better option. My body felt so worn down that maybe resting would help.
As I closed my eyes, I heard chaos mumbling softly, but I couldn’t make out the words.
(Three days later...)
I opened my eyes, though it took some effort. Wait, where am I?
"Oh thank goodness, you’re okay!" I heard a worried voice nearby, followed by a warm hug.
As I turned to see who it was, I realized it was Elizabeth. What was she doing here?
"Elizabeth? Where am I?" I asked.
After a moment, she released me from the hug and coughed lightly into her hand.
"You’re in your room in the village. The elder allowed me to stay and take care of you," she said, nervously trying to help me back down.
"Don’t get up; you’re still healing," she urged.
"I’m really fine," I insisted, standing up effortlessly, which left her perplexed.
"H-How are you standing? Your soul was fractured, and your bones were crushed..." she asked, both curious and in disbelief.
"This is normal for me, Elizabeth."
"Normal in what way? Getting hurt this badly?" she reprimanded in a scolding tone.
"Trust me, I’m okay. What’s been going on with you?"
Elizabeth fell silent for a moment, perhaps contemplating how to respond. Her expression remained neutral, but I sensed she had decided to be straightforward.
"My mother is going to war with the demons," she said.
I remained indifferent to this news but I did have one question for her later.
"Why don’t you seem surprised?" she asked, her curiosity piqued.
"I’ll return your question, Elizabeth. Why didn’t you bring me to your mother? I mean, I was defenseless, unable to move, so why didn’t you?" I asked, equally curious.
She went quiet again before answering.
"Honestly, I don’t know. I considered it, but your reaction when I mentioned my mother and the invitation… it just didn’t feel right," she explained.
So, she felt it wasn’t the right course of action; it helped me understand her alot more at least..
"You can head back now; I’m fine. You should prepare for the war," I told her.
"Yeah...I probably should. I’m glad you’re okay, really," she said, hugging me again before leaving my house.
I drop onto my bed once more and let out a deep sigh, contemplating what might have occurred.

Holy fuck!, my stats have skyrocketed, and now I have two names—that's a first for me. It's strange; I feel like I'm in a different place while still being here at the same time.
Now, let's take a look at the new passive abilities granted to me.
[]Punishing Interference]]: Magic can't be tracked, and any attempts to read or manipulate the mind or soul will fail.
That's impressive.
[[Hetro's Favor]]: You can create and control three separate bodies that stem from your own.
Ah, that explains the sensation of being in two places at once.
[]Constructs Adaptation]]: Once you reach the maximum strength of a construct, you'll evolve and grow stronger, resetting your level to 0, but your rank will adjust according to your newfound strength.
So, it seems I’ll keep getting stronger—excellent. Since I'm on this path of growth, I should explore why it feels like I'm experiencing two different locations.
Closing my eyes, I focus on this sensation. When I open them, I find myself in a desolate landscape, void of life, which is quite unsettling. Wait… am I in purgatory?
Searching for any reflective surface, I spot some blood nearby. When I gaze down, the reflection reveals Luna’s face staring back at me.
Feeling a bit bored, I notice I’m floating like Luna. However, this place is just… eerie.
"There's no point in feeling sorry for myself; it's time to check the stats for Luna," I tell myself, making an effort to stay positive.

HOLY FUCK WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK IS THIS!
Alright, this is incredibly, I could easily take on Meliodas in his assault mode. However, I'm trying to figure out how to escape this place without the demon kind noticing.
"This is really frustrating...
