Chapter 156: Switched Elf-san
“Food.”
Picked up Food ×3.
“Food.”
Picked up Food ×2.
“Food.”
Picked up Repair Materials ×4.
Chat: Why does she say “food” every single time lol
Chat: I want to clip this and loop it forever
Chat: Same here
“Not many items on the deck.”
Chat: Probably because Elf-san already ate them all
Chat: Aren’t you going back inside the ship?
“By the way, where did Kyouka and the others go?”
Looking around, no one was in sight. They must’ve gone inside the ship.
“No reply.”
“Oh, that’s how it’s set up. If players aren’t nearby, your voices don’t carry.”
Chat: Ohhh
Chat: That explains why it’s so weirdly quiet
“They say the voice tech is one of the selling points. It kinda sounds… clearer? I think?”
Chat: That’s vague lol
Chat: Iron-Cardboard-san, are you sure she should be the PR rep? lol
“I’ll check inside the ship.”
“Be careful around corners. A werewolf might be hiding.”
“How do you beat a werewolf?”
“You don’t.”
“Mm.”
Chat: She’s totally ready to go werewolf hunting lol
Chat: “Searching inside (for werewolves)”
Chat: Aggressive Elf
Chat: Well, normally in Werewolf you take them out by voting
“What if I run into one?”
“Just run away.”
“I really can’t beat them?”
“You can’t beat them, so… you can’t beat them.”
“Muuu.”
Chat: Even if you push it, still no
Chat: Impossible means impossible
Chat: If it’s not there, it’s not there
Chat: …That last one’s kinda off
“How do werewolves attack?”
“With fangs or claws. They get one use per day. It doesn’t stack—if you still have claws left, you get fangs back; if you still have fangs left, you get claws back.”
“What’s the difference?”
“Claws are an AoE. Otherwise they’re the same—both are one-hit kill, super strong, unbeatable!”
Chat: So claws are just the better version of fangs
Chat: If you’ve got claws, attack. If it’s just fangs, play it safe—that’s the balance
“Guess I’ll have to be careful if I see one.”
“Ah, but roles don’t show. Werewolves look exactly the same as everyone else.”
“Then how do you tell?”
“Um… various ways!”
Chat: Hey, you’re supposed to explain lol
Chat: Basically you infer from clues and what other players say
Chat: Which means you almost never get solid proof you can share
“I can’t just charge them?”
Chat: Nope
Chat: Even if you did, you wouldn’t kill them
Chat: It’s a deduction game
Chat: Elf-san’s obsession with charging, even though it never works, is hilarious lol
“Switching gears.”
Chat: Huh
Chat: She can do that…?
Chat: Even if she switches, she’s still Elf-san
Chat: True
Chat: Oh, there’s a bunch of items near that pillar
“Battery, battery.”
Picked up Food ×2. Picked up Food ×3. Picked up Repair Materials ×1.
Chat: Wait, she actually switched!?
Chat: I want to clip this and loop it forever
Chat: I don’t get it
