Extra Chapter: Valentine’s Day Stream

"Making chocolates."

Top Chat: Suddenly starting again, huh.
Top Chat: Um, Elf-san, you do realize it's already the 14th, right...?
Top Chat: Isn't this something you prepare in advance?

"I did prepare."

Top Chat: Oh?
Top Chat: Wait, really?

"So, let's get started. Take one bar of milk chocolate from your household supply."

Top Chat: Do you guys even have chocolate at home?
Top Chat: I had some at home.
Top Chat: ...I didn't have any at home.

"Break it into pieces and put them in a bowl."

Top Chat: Okay.
Top Chat: Well, if we get to cook together with Elf-san, that’s fine by me.
Top Chat: True, this kind of stream’s nice too.

"And here's the chocolate, all broken up."

Top Chat: Crap, my assumption just got crushed.
Top Chat: Guess we can’t actually cook with you.
Top Chat: So that’s what you meant by ‘preparation.’

"Now, pour in an amount of heavy cream equal to about half the chocolate’s weight into a pot and heat it up, but don’t let it boil."

Top Chat: Mhm, mhm.
Top Chat: What are we making, anyway?

"And here's the warmed-up cream."

Top Chat: Another pot suddenly appears, just like that.
Top Chat: I think I’m starting to see the pattern here, lol.
Top Chat: This is totally a cooking show at this point.

"Pour the cream into the bowl with the chocolate and stir until it becomes smooth and creamy."

Top Chat: Random thought, but Elf-san’s tone sounds kinda strange today.
Top Chat: Yeah, it feels weirdly off, lol.

"And here’s the mixture after stirring."

Top Chat: It’s officially turning into a cooking show now.
Top Chat: So that little bit of cream was enough, huh.

"Next, pour the mixture into a tray lined with parchment paper and chill it in the fridge for about an hour."

Top Chat: Oh, so we’re already at the chilling stage.
Top Chat: This is actually pretty easy to make.

"And here’s the chilled result."

Top Chat: How many versions of this do you have ready, Elf-san? lol
Top Chat: Let’s see… excluding the unbroken chocolate, we’ve got: broken chocolate, unheated cream, unstirred mix, unchilled mix, and chilled mix. That’s four servings lined up right now.

"Cut it into bite-sized pieces and dust them with cocoa powder."

Top Chat: Oh? It’s gotten soft.
Top Chat: Ah, I recognize this!
Top Chat: It’s nama-choco, isn’t it?

"And here’s the finished product."

Top Chat: Ooooh.
Top Chat: clap clap clap
Top Chat: Glad you didn’t skip this part, lol.

"And here’s Kirishi-tan after eating it."
"Hm? ...Wait, what? Are we live right now?"

Top Chat: Even that part got skipped, lol.
Top Chat: Not even showing us the eating scene — there’s literally nothing left, lol.
Top Chat: Give us chocolates too!

"I’ll distribute the leftover ingredients."

Top Chat: Yay, awesome— ...wait, ingredients?
Top Chat: SSR: the unchilled ones, SR: the unstirred ones, R: the unheated cream, N: the broken chocolate, Dud: the unbroken chocolate.
Top Chat: That’s some brutal rarity disparity right there.
Top Chat: Just give us the finished product, lol.
