Pale Light chuckled at the angry Shining Star and said, “I had some business outside of the academy. So, I did what I had to do.”

Shining Star then turned her head around aggressively and crossed her arm. She then muttered, “Tsk.”

Flourent Akebi then clapped her hand and said, “Now, now. Its no time for fighting. We have our new team member in our team. So please, treat her like a good friend. Also, I got message from trainer, he won’t be coming here.”

Shining Star let her gaze towards Akebi, who was grabbing her bag. She then said, “Wait, What! We just clean the place!”

Akebi chuckled and replied, “Well, that is our trainer for sure. We better hurry.”

Flourent Akebi went to zip it open her bag, and grabbed her training clothes; which was a white and red jersey. It was a standard issue Tracen Academy Jersey set. Then she looked at Blue Alpine and said, “What are you staring? We need to change.”

Blue Alpine shook her head, refocused the person in front of her and said, “Wait, where are we training now?”

Akebi nodded and replied, “Yes, we don’t want to be late now.”

Blue Alpine went to get her training clothes and change into it. Then Shining Star who held her training clothes. She brightly smiled and said, “We will going to a remote location, which is our default training ground.”

Blue Alpine looked confused, and then asked, “Is not that Tracen Academy already filled with complete training facilities? Why are we training there?.”

Pale Light, the horse girl that already wore her Jersey. She then replied, “You will know when we arrive there. It would fundamentally different what we had in Tracen Academy facilities. Our trainer… He is slightly unique than the rest.”

Once all of them were done changing. They went to the front Tracen Academy gate. Blue Alpine looked around and said, “We will for a car to drive us there?”

Shining Star shook her head and replied, “Nope, we will walk to our training ground.”

Blue Alpine looked at her three team members pass through the Academy’s gate. She then followed behind with a light jog.

On the road. All four of them were in the lane that was designated for horse girl running. All of them cruised at the speed of 40 Km/h.

Blue Alpine kept her focused in front of her, which was Shining Star.

Shining Star looked around at the scenery, and she said, “Akebi-chan, don’t you think this place is changing slowly?”

Akebi who was in the front left of the group. She then replied, “I don’t think so. I never paid that much in attention to the details of Tokyo.”

Then a traffic light can be seen in the distance, as four of them were nearing the intersection. The traffic light displayed the red light. Four of them stopped behind the white line.

Pale Light saw a shop that she used to go was closed. She then said, “Its kinda sad most of shops I went is already closed down.”

Shining Star turned her head to look at Pale Light. She then replied, “Most of them closed down due to changing trends. If the shops can’t keep up with time, they would be left out in the future.”

Akebi turned her head to the left, which was another two-lane main road. Beside the two-lane main road, it was the side walk. She then said with a hint of nostalgia, “Yeah, I remember this place had some mobile shops moving around.”

She then looked at the opposite side of the two-lane main road. Akebi then continued, “I wonder where they went?”

Shining Star turned her head to right of the intersection, saw a three-lane main road. She then said, “I would say, they most likely retired. Most human can go grow old very quickly. While us, we probably had another hundred or thousand years to live.”

Blue Alpine, who was behind them. She felt left out of the conversation. She can only thought, {I’m basically a third wheel in this topic.}

The traffic light turned green. Four horse girl continued their light run on the specialised lane. Blue Alpine can only sighed. Despite she was new to the group, she was the only one who did not had any type conversation that was closed to the three horse girls.

About two hours of light run later. The group stopped at dirt track in front of them, after they were off the main road. There was a wooden sign above, which it said: ‘Welcome.’

Blue Alpine stared at the sign and said, “Is this the place?”

She then looked around, which were trees everywhere. They were already hundreds of kilometres away from Tokyo. Akebi turn her gaze towards Blue Alpine. She then replied, “Yes, this is the place.”

The group then entered the forest, climbing up the dirt path. Pale Light looked around the trees and said, “I never get used to these places.”

Shining Star humming a song from her mouth, her arms on her back relaxing. She then replied, “Becoming a mistress gotten you soft? How numb.”

Pale Light felt a slight feeling to punch Shining Star back on her head. But she restrained her self and continued focusing the thing in front of her.

Blue Alpine looked at the back of Flourent Akebi. She then said, “We are not going to get lost, are we?”

Akebi shook her head and replied, “I know the way, Blue Alpine. You should not worry too much.”

Blue Alpine looked at her in suspicion. She just got a feeling of Akebi slightly lied from her reply. But, she was going to trust Akebi’s own judgement.

About thirty minutes later. Blue Alpine saw the dirt incline of the dirt path straighten. It felt they reached the top. Then Akebi saw the waterfall in the distance, and said, “We are almost there!”

She looked the group behind her and continued, “Trainer will be waiting for us below.”

Shining Star who looked drained. She then tiredly said, “Finally! I can do a small break on a bench.”

The group then walk down the declined dirt path. Their shoes was not specialised in hiking or gripping on rocks. So they needed to be careful on the surface they were touching.

Shining Star accelerated her walk slightly and shouted, “I’m going to be first down there.”

Then Pale Light looked at Shining Star, who sped up her walk. She then shouted, "Becareful its slippery!"

Shining Star looked back at Pale Light, and said, "I kn-"

Her words were cutoff, bceause slipped on a wet stone. Akebi reacted fast enough to caught Shining Star's hand.

Akebi made a mad expression at Shining Star and said, "Did not I tell you not be careful?!"

Shining Star made a nervous smile on her face, and murmured, "Yeah, I know."

Blue Alpine could only watch at the distance, since she was carefully holding a tree beside her. She then took a gulp and thought, {Worst thing could just happened in matter of minutes.}

When four of them reached the flat surface below. They saw their trainer, Anko Miura.

He wore a blue shirt, covered by a grey jacket. He also wore short and a pair of sandals.

Anko was sitting on the log. Then his gaze went towards to the four horse girls of his team, Team Spartan.

Beside him was a four bottles of water. He then said, "So, how was your light run?"

Akebi walked up in front of him, and replied, "It was nice, Trainer. So, what training are we doing today?"

Anko then gave them piece of paper on what to do next. He then said, "Just follow this training sessions that I already written on the paper. I already made them over night."

He then stood up from log that he just sat, and then continued, "After that, we will be training here for three days, more than enough before Shining Star's debut."

Akebi read the training paper. It had few simple training sessions. Most of them were not heavily physical activities.

She then looked at Anko and asked, "Is this some mental training?"

Anko snapped his fingers and smiled. He then said, "You are correct. This would increase your calmness in a race!"

Anko looked at Shining Star, who nervously behind Pale Light. He then continued, "So, all four of us can have rational decisions being in pressure."

Blue Alpine heard his explanation, she just nodded. She knew about this training, which was required for perfect decision making in horse girl running.

Despite on many self-training sessions with her self. Blue Alpine had never thought about increasing her mentallity to a solid foundation from the beginning.

Anko's gaze went towards Blue Alpine. He then said this to her, "Since your new. This training would be perfect for you."

He then met her on the eyes, and continued, "Your mental stability is quite unstable. With this training, your going to have a cool head for the entire race! Just trust the process."

Anko then finally said this before walking off into the distance, "Don't worry about training failures. I would be the one who would be holding responsible. I will be keeping on watch."

Four of them looked at their trainer, who was walking away. Then Pale Light looked at the training list, she then said, "My, this would be a different training I used to do."

She then continued with her gaze towards Shining Star, "I know about Trainer's dedication towards us. This would be training on a cliff."

Shining Star looked her gaze towards Pale Light. She then said, "Was it my fault that I lost composure in my first debut race?"

Pale Light shook her head and replied, "It was never your fault. But you know your mistakes once you received one, then you improve it and not make the same mistake again."

Flourent Akebi turned her head, now she was looking at Blue Alpine. She then said, "You have been quite for the entire time. What your thoughts about this?"

Blue Alpine's eyes met with Flouren Akebi's eyes. She then replied, "I would say, this is perfect for me. I never thought of adding this in my self training list."

Then Blue Alpine looked away sheepishly and murmured, "Yeah, my decisions in a race was never that great to begin with."

Pale Light came beside Blue Alpine and held both of her shoulder. She then said, "Then it is settled! Everyone will do the training together."

19th April 2040 at 19:55.

There was a small building at Hachioji prefecture. The building has four floors, and all the lights on the window lighten up from the dark.

This place a legal company for horse girl racing contracts. The man named Atomu, who wore a black office suit.

He was currently at the third floor of the building, outside of a doorway. He looked at the white door in front of him and knock softly. Atomu then said, "I'm here."

The person who was behind the door. It was a man in his 60s. He wore a black shirt printed with golden embrodieries, along with a gray suit cover over the shirt. He was also quite obese.

The person in gray suit currently sat on the office chair and looked at paper on his desk. It was a paper about some horse girl being contracted by the company.

Atomu who was behind the door, he knocked again and said, "Excuse me, Mr. Emon. I had a new contract for the horse girl you requested."

The old obese man in gray suit, Mr. Emon, smiled as he listened to the response of the person behind the door. He then said, "Come in."

Atomu grabbed the door handle, and turn it to the left. He pushed the door open and smell of cigarette entered his nostrils. He pass through the door way, and then closed the door by pushing it to the doorway.

He looked at Mr. Emon that was smiling in front of him. Atomu walked forward to his desk, and then placed the briefcase.

He opened the briefcase that had many papers inside. Atomu grabbed the paper that Enthrail Sky Blaze had just signed.

Emon then happily said, "You did good. Their mother and daughter relationship was worse as I expected."

Then he read the paper of he condition that was given by Enthrail. He then felt annoyed and shouted, "'Taking care of her daughter'? Bullshit is that!"

Emon then gazed at Atomu in the eyes, who were filled with blank expression. He then continued, "We can take her daughter when she loss to a G1 race in the Twinkle Series. Once that happened, you know the usual drill."

He then looked away from him. He inhaled the cigarette from its back filter, and then seriously said, "Any funny business. You will lose your life, don't forget that."

Atomu then nodded and replied, "Yes, sir."

Atomu then stepped out from Mr.Emon's Office. He felt his heart beating quickly and thought, {That was close. I almost feel my life being sucked away.}
