V2: Chapter 141: Let's Do Something Naughty in the Alley!
"Miss Liang Di, Miss Liang... eh?"
Gael looked behind Liang Di but didn't see the familiar figure. He asked, puzzled, "Didn't Miss Liang Lin come with us today?"
"Oh, I told Sister Liang Lin to stay home and rest," Liang Di said.
Actually, she felt a chill run down her spine.
How could Liang Lin possibly rest?! Letting Liang Di and this greasy prince go out together, just the two of them—how could Liang Lin possibly feel at ease? However, Liang Di said it wasn't convenient for her to come along today.
"But, if Sister Liang Lin is really worried about me..." Liang Di drawled, "you can follow behind us. I know Sister Liang Lin wants to protect me..."
She started flattering Liang Lin, mainly because she was afraid Liang Lin would be stubborn and arrogant, and really wouldn't follow her, then stay home sulking. If she came back and received a cold shoulder, she'd be subjected to days of silent treatment. Life without Liang Lin's attention was unbearable.
"Okay, fine, you're right. Then I'll follow behind you and protect you."
Liang Lin readily agreed, taking advantage of the situation. Of course, she was worried about Liang Di.
So, while Liang Di and Gael were talking, Liang Lin was crouching furtively in a nearby bush, occasionally peeking out with half her head and eyes, secretly observing Liang Di's situation.
Feeling her rather awkward situation, like a guilty thief following someone around, Liang Lin felt annoyed and wanted to storm off, but she was worried about Liang Di, which made her extremely uncomfortable.
"So, it's just the two of us today?" Gael asked.
Liang Di smiled and nodded, suppressing her physical discomfort, and said, "What, Your Highness doesn't want it to be just the two of us?"
Gael was taken aback.
Then, his face lit up with joy.
I knew it; no woman in the Soteland Empire could resist my charm, it was just a matter of how long she could pretend.
Well, I admired Liang Di quite a bit; she had managed to pretend for so long before revealing her love for me—she was quite a strong-willed woman.
“Of course I wanted to. It would be quite inconvenient if Miss Liang Lin were always here,” Gael said with a meaningful smile.
“Heh.”
Liang Di scoffed, but Gael, lost in his narcissism and joy, didn't notice.
The two walked together down a bustling street, and Liang Lin had no choice but to follow behind them.
Walking through street after street, Liang Di tried hard to find topics to talk about, hoping to make Gael feel her “enthusiasm” for him. Gael did indeed feel it; he even completely ignored Liang Di’s occasionally stiff acting, genuinely believing that Liang Di was interested in him.
Liang Lin continued to follow behind them, watching the two chat and laugh, seemingly enjoying themselves. Although there was a considerable distance between them, a lingering sour taste remained in her mouth. Liang Lin frowned, her anger growing.
Finally, at a corner, taking advantage of the crowd, Liang Lin pulled Liang Di into a small alley.
"Hey, I said, you two haven't finished yet after all this time?"
When she said "you two," Liang Lin emphasized it, enunciating each word with extra force, as if she wanted to bite her lip until it bled.
Smack!
One hand slammed heavily against the wall, the other gripped Liang Di's shoulder. Liang Lin pinned her sister against the wall, gritting her teeth, staring into the girl's innocent, large, sapphire-blue eyes.
Liang Di was startled. Being so clever, she immediately guessed Liang Lin's little secret, and her face lit up with a sweet smile.
Liang Lin's reaction mean she is jealous. What did this jealousy mean? It mean Liang Lin care about me, it mean Liang Lin like me.
“Almost there, almost there, Sister Liang Lin,” Liang Di grasped the villainous lady's hand, patiently reassuring her. “I'm just trying to make Gael think I'm interested in him, otherwise it'll be hard to make a move.”
“There’s no need to dawdle like this. I think it’s easy. I’ll just knock him unconscious from behind, and you can just go for it.”
Goodness, that’s so Liang Lin’s style—so decisive, so violent, without a single trick, just brute force.
“That won’t do, oh dear, Sister Liang Lin~” Liang Di pleaded, clinging to Liang Lin’s forearm, her big breasts rubbing against her, squeezing her, and clamping her arm. “If Doris uses that as an excuse to say we wanted to harm His Highness the Prince, that would be a real problem. Almost there, almost there, don’t worry, I know you’re tired~”
That sweet little voice could make anyone dizzy.
Before Liang Lin could say anything, Liang Di suddenly raised her arm, hooked it around the other girl's neck, and gave her a light, fleeting kiss on the lips.
Liang Lin was stunned.
This girl kissed me without even saying anything? And in broad daylight!
Although it was a small alley, there were still a few people coming and going. This wasn't a commoner's area; nobles usually traveled by carriage, and those passing by were generally merchants.
Just as their lips touched, two merchants from another empire, traveling together, passed by and witnessed this scene.
One glance was enough to nearly make their jaws drop.
Are noble ladies these days so unrestrained?
A girl pinning another girl against a wall and kissing her in a small alley (from their perspective, that's how it appeared; Liang Lin was innocently blamed).
“Oh my god… Soteland Empire is such a free-spirited country.”
They exclaimed softly before hurrying away, their thick beards unable to conceal the redness on their faces.
Liang Lin: “.....”
Although the voices were soft, they still reached her ears, instantly making her face explode.
Damn it, someone saw us! How embarrassing!
Liang Lin immediately released Liang Di’s hand from the wall.
However, Liang Di’s arms were still wrapped around her neck.
“Okay, let go of me, then go back.” Liang Lin awkwardly tried to pry off the other’s arms.
Liang Di wouldn’t have it. She was in a playful mood and actually lifted her leg, lightly leaping upwards, wrapping her legs around Liang Lin’s waist, becoming a big koala clinging to Liang Lin.
“Eh? No, you…”
The development of the situation was beyond Liang Lin’s expectations.
Outside the alley, other people passed by, some even glancing inside.
Liang Lin felt incredibly awkward, constantly sensing that they were all staring at them. She suddenly regretted her impulsive, hot-headed decision to pull Liang Di over, almost forgetting that the person in her arms was shameless.
"She's the shameless one! Argh, fine, I will!"
Liang Lin stammered, her tongue tied in knots.
"Get off me right now, and go find Gael! You, you haven't gone back for so long, he'll definitely be suspicious! Go back to him right now, don't let him see us!"
Liang Di, however, smiled and reassured her, "He won't find this place, Liang Lin. We can be naughty a little longer, and then I'll go out."
"No…"
Damn it, I'm stuck with this clingy person!
Liang Lin wanted to cry but had no tears. She swore to heaven that she would never act impulsively again (she knew she'd get slapped in the face).
“Can you get off me? Let’s talk this out. Look at all these people around, staring at us. Aren’t you ashamed?!” Liang Lin tore at Liang Di’s clothes.
The result.
Rip!
The sound of tearing fabric echoed in the alley.
Liang Lin was stunned. She looked at the fabric in her hand, then at Liang Di’s exposed white shoulders, and muttered, “It’s over.”
What should I do?
If word got out, it would be that Miss Liang Di disappeared for a while, and then emerged from the alley, her hair disheveled, her clothes in disarray, and even the fabric on her shoulders torn, as if she had been brutally raped.
Immediately afterward, her sister Liang Lin also emerged from the alley, acting suspiciously, as if she had done something wrong, clutching something in her hand that looked like a piece of fabric.
Oh!
Good heavens!
"That was actually Miss Liang Di’s fabric! Is this a distortion of human nature, or a decline in morality...?"
Just as Liang Lin's mind was in complete chaos...
"Miss Liang Di?!"
"Miss Liang Di!"
"Miss Liang Di, where are you?!"
