Chestnut hair grown to a semi-long length, with a single longer streak of dark bay mixed in.
Her eyes are a bluish white.
She wears light-gray ornaments on both ears.
She usually keeps her head lowered, her eyelids drooping sleepily, and her expression blank.
She manages to combine a childishness that stirs protective instincts with a beauty that feels aloof and noble.
All in all, I think she has an exceptionally outstanding appearance.

Confirmed effects include increased speed and acceleration, reduced stamina consumption, and a major boost to wisdom.
Completely busted unique skill. If this were the previous-life app, it’d probably leave some players unable to keep up with the meta.

“Arc Maestro”: An upper-tier version of “Corner Recovery ○.” Regains breath and stores leg strength on corners.

【Conditions】

A condition evolved from “Life-or-Death.” It feels like the expression has softened.
So far, there haven’t been any notable differences from the “Life-or-Death” era. Further testing needed.
“Sharp Mind ◎”
Likely changed from ○ to ◎ at the same time she acquired her unique skill and shifted to “Wholehearted Devotion.”
If it has the same effect as the app version, it further reduces the time needed to learn skills.
If so, this is an absurdly overpowered condition.
…As an aside, “Lovable ×” seems to have disappeared around the same time.
She’s actually quite charming once you get to know her, so I think it’s a reasonable condition to have cleared.
【Race Outfit】
“Gray Star”
Named by the URA Race Outfit Design Department. I’ll state clearly that I absolutely did not name it myself.
Hoshino Wilm’s only requests were “ease of movement” and “a design that matches the ornaments on both ears.”
Black short pants with white lines and an inner layer, topped with a deep crimson short jacket.
The light-gray, star-shaped brooch on her chest acts as a button; when pressed, it releases gray particles from the back collar, forming a cape-like shape.
This cape is extremely cool. She seems to like it, too—proof that coolness is justice.
…Still, a particle cape. I thought the same thing with Bourbon’s race outfit, but just how advanced is URA’s technology? Is this also Uma Soul power?
