Summary:
A man working at a soul-crushing "black company" collapses from overwork, only to wake up as Scarlet, the cold-hearted villainess of FFVII. Determined to rewrite the future where he is destined to die at the hands of the protagonists, he decides to utilize his "meta-knowledge" of the original game. However, he has absolutely no intention of resigning from his high-ranking executive position, nor does he harbor any grand delusions of making everyone happy. Prioritizing his own comfort and survival above all else, he chooses to navigate the world of Gaia as a "villainess" on his own terms. Author’s Note: I have re-examined the lore of FINAL FANTASY VII for this work. However, given the vast number of titles in the Compilation and the various setting changes introduced in the Remake project, I have researched and blended elements from both the original and the new series as much as possible.
