{~Arkham City~} Chapter 3

            {~leting off some steam~}

Now you may wonder, ' dear Cyn, what happens next?' 

And I'll tell you what happens next, the day of Bruce's speech for Arkham City finally arrived. I'm going there right now, driving Bruce there is Alfred Im following close behind, while avoiding some hidden cameras.

While going from roof to roof, we finally arrive. Bruce gets out, and Alfred leaves as I hear his voice over the coms.

"I shall see you sir and Cyn later do make sure Cyn behaves herself sir" Alfred says while I slightly mock scoff

"Don't worry she will behave" Bruce says back

"You know I can beat you right?"  I say through the coms.

"Yeah, it's not like we can hide anything from you anyway", Bruce says with some slight sass and a slightly cheeky tone.

I just sigh after about 6 minutes, the speech begins to the people of Gotham, not that I care too much, I mean I've seen it before and heard it many times from Bruce himself and from the games.

Now you may also be wondering do I know N has woken up? 

Why, yes, in fact, but when he woke up, we had already set out. I very, very much want to meet him and see what type of N we will be dealing with. Will it be an AU of N? Cannon N?

Now you might be wondering did I tell Uzi J or V?

Pfft- no! Where is the fun in that? I also saw V's and Uzi's Little make-out session, and oh Boi, was it heated! The funniest part was that the N that woke up was struggling not to react at all.

Meaning that moment was burned into his sensors/ears, and with V's dirty mind or naughty mind, if she found out N was awake while they were at it, she might have gotten the new N that woke up to fuck them both hahaha!

Well, that's for later. For now, it's time we begin. After about another 4 minutes in his speech, people showed up and took Bruce away. I followed close behind on Rooftops while destroying any hidden cameras I saw.

The reason is that it's just instincts, since I'm pretty sure a Riddler trophy was destroying all the cameras. Eh, well, if Nigma shows up like last time in Arkham Asylum, I'll just do some trolling to him and leak his IP address.

Eventually, Bruce reached a point where he met the penguin and his goons and started to humiliate him and his workers while his hands were still in cuffs. It didn't last long before he started to climb his way up after breaking his cuffs.

He reached the top as he came face to face with me again, in a Bat capsule with his Batman outfit and his gadgets.

"Trouble seems to always find us, right, Batman?" I say to him with a smile while he continues to put his outfit on.

"Yeah but it's nothing new"

After about 3 more minutes, he's in his new suit. It's a good upgrade from his last suit in Arkham, but when Arkham Knight rolls around, I can finally have some fun with his suit.

And no I won't be doing anything stupid to his suit since I want him to live.

Bruce and I head to where Catwoman was captured, not before Bruce took a quick stop to stop some thugs. The moment they saw him, he just yelled justice, and I swear the PTSD on these thugs' faces when they saw him was so good, dam funny.

We reached where Catwoman is, and Two-Face sadly for Two-Face, Bruce and I arrived more like I didn't do anything. Bruce moved so quickly to dispatch Two-Face's men and then freed Catwoman slightly so she could free herself.

After everything was done, Catwoman put Two-Face in the same position she was in under acid with rope holding him up.

"Can't say I didn't see this coming, how about trying harder next time?" Selina said before smacking two faces slightly.

After a bit, I finally got out of the wall and walked over to him.

"You should be more careful next time" Batman said to Salina

"Don't worry love I have 9 lives I'll be fine I won't be dying any time soon" she said purring with her voice to Bruce while also.. getting too close for her own good stay CaLm she's your worker/slave no need to tear her to pieces just because she got too close to him.

"Hello, kitty~ you seem to be doing well", I say to Catwoman with a smile. As she turns to me, she looks confused for a second before she remembers.

"Aren't you the woman/girl I see near bats when he's out? What about that other robot Cyn how's she doing" Bruce gives me the side eye that translates to 'what the hell have you been doing with Salina'

"Oh? Cyn? She's doing alright, kind of.. creepy at times," I say, completely ignoring the look Bruce was giving me.

"Tell me about it. Not only is she creepy, but she's also scary. At least she gives great payment when a job is done right", Salina says while talking casually about me, not knowing the Cyn she's talking about is in front of her.

What's even funnier is the compliments she gave me about how scary and creepy I am. I feel a surge of pride when she talks about it.

"Now that I think about it what is your name? You are way too beautiful of a woman to not have a name" 

"My name is Tessa and yes she is Creepy scary and sometimes unsettling she's a great friend whenever she comes around to my place she always has something interesting to say" I say while we continue to chat Bruce notices a red Laser dot at Catwoman head and moves her out of the way effectively pressing her against the wall side.

"Wow didn't take you to be so forward and pushy~" Salina teases until she hears a Bullet go through the window into the ground where she once stood while I'm not all that affected by what happened I bent down near the wooden floor and grabbed the Bullet out of the floor and had a look at it.

From the looks of it, it's obvious a sniper Bullet a 408 CheyTac 10.36x77mm, hope that's right, but I know where it was shot, but I need Bruce to hurry up so the 'story' can progress.

After a bit, Catwoman leaves, not without Bruce warning her to be more careful. While I gave her a slight hug as she left, Bruce walked over to me, still eyeing the sniper Bullet in my hand.

While he could just figure out where it is again in going to speed things up a bit

"A 10.36x77mm, it came from that tower over there", I pointed to the tower where the remotely controlled sniper was, and Bruce went to investigate real quick.

I waited a bit for Bruce, and then, the very same tower he had gone to investigate, he left quickly after as the tower quickly blew up in an explosion.

As he glided over to me, he landed with an annoyed look on his face.

"Joker?"

"Joker.." he says back to me

"Do you have an idea where he is located currently?" Bruce asked me

"Just give me a second.." I pretend to be looking for his base when I already know where it is, and after a few more seconds, I 'found' it.

"Alright, I know where it is, follow me" As I told him to follow me, he used his grapple to follow me while I jumped from roof to roof quite easily, and after around 20 minutes, we arrived, not really arrived, though more so a vent into Joker's base.

"So do you want the quiet way or the punch first ask questions later way?"

"Both", he says to me as he rips the vent open and climbs inside, going up ahead.

Should I follow him? I mean, he's meant to be captured, poisoned, and go find the cure, and last time I let myself be caught, it didn't end up so well. Wait, now that I think about it, what happened to Jason? Last I checked...or more so last I remember being trapped with him in his torture chamber with Joker there as well.

He should be doing fine now. I think? He should be Red Hood by now, and then the Arkham Knight, then back to Red Hood. Maybe I should go check up on him later.

More importantly, I do hope V is keeping an eye on Salina, don't want her kicking the bucket just yet either, otherwise things could go wrong, okay..Maybe I should check up with V then, since I can't exactly help Bruce here with this fight, otherwise it ruins everything.

After making my decision, I head to V, making my way over. I see V blowing some bubbles, looking slightly bored, but she seems to be having fun with her little bubbles.

"You seem to be having fun" I say to her as she turns her head and sees me before resuming blowing bubbles.

"Maybe yeah" V says not at all interested in the conversation

"I do have something interesting to share with you that's happening at Wayne Manor if you're interested?" I say trying to spark her curiosity

It worked easily

"Hmm?" 

Although this information I learnt was a bit late, it was mostly because I wasn't expecting him to wake up by himself, but I wasn't sure what kind of version he was or if it was him at all.

And also because he kept pretending to be offline, and it's thanks to him that I decided to upgrade my sensors, my vision, and every other sensor just in case.

"Someone's awake~" I say to her cryptically as she goes into thought about who I might mean, but luckily she's not stupid.

"Wait..you mean..N is awake!??" V says very excited and happy until she notices looking at her and pretends she's not.

"Yes but don't go to him or tell anyone yet I need to confirm some things later you can tell Uzi later and go to N later finish the job for tonight and you can go to him" I say with a smile trying to be genuine about my kindness if V does the job properly tonight.

v does a salute and goes back to watching Catwoman while I sigh and head back to to Bruce I find him unconscious near the area he was kicked off from near jokers base with a phone straped to his chest with sticky tape.

Oh yeah I can't exactly scan Bruce well I can but I can't I'll have to use the solver to scan him since I'm not using my dron body right now using the solver I scan his body.

[[Status: titan Poisoning]]

Yep there it is at least I know Bruce can get this fixed later on now that I think about it who else did Bruce like in the Arkham games universe? 

Salina already checked 

"*Brain blast*"

Ohhhh I remember now 

Talia al ghul 

That was her name someone Bruce found love with when he was training the best part? I don't need to worry about her at all although I hate how she acts with him and how he acts with her all I need Is some patience.

I smile slightly knowing Bruce will only need me in his life and I'm not too sure about Salina of Catwoman yet I'll need to.. discuss this with her later as well.

After a few moments shaking Bruce awake he groans in slight pain as I help him stand up.

"Thank you Cyn"

"Ah ah ah~ what's my name right now" saying with some mischief 

He sighs but he cracks a small smile.

"Tessa" he says

"Good heh now I see you have a little something on you" as I say to him he looks down at his chest and sees the phone he takes it off grabbing the phone off as it rings he answers it it's obvious Joker.

"Wow! I can't believe I didn't think of this earlier. A hotline straight to my bestest friend in all the world. Just think. I can call you up whenever I get bored. I think our relationship is really maturing here, the next thing you know is we'll be exchanging emails or meeting up for romantic dinners" he says with a laugh while I grin slighttly.

"*Giggle* Hello Joker~" I say through the phone as he goes silent at the voice he wasn't expecting to hear.

"Oooh it's you! Now hold on a second I'm sure I gave the phone to bats" joker sounds confused 

"*Laughter* you did but~ he can't be bothered to listen to you right now so leave a message right after the beeeeeep~" after I finish Bruce crushed the phone and put the phones chip in his gauntlet so he can listen to whatever joker has to say he might find interesting.

(Bruce pov)

"That blasted robot! How dare she takes away my fun! No matter..I have something special planned for her~" I hear joker sound excited while I can't help but worry what he plans to do later Cyn at least looks happy.

Well back on track getting this poison out of my system/body is what I need to do first otherwise in the next maybe next I won't be able to walk maybe even move.

"Are we going Bruce?" Tessa says to me always curious.

"Yes we need to find Mr freeze he was working on a cure for Joker and now I also need his cure so beat bet is to find very very cold places"

"Orical we need help locating nere sub zero temperatures to find Mr freeze" I say through the coms 

"Alright just give me a second..and done just follow the temperature in your hubs view it should lead you to him how's Cyn going?"

"Cyn's doing fine but I'm worried jok-".

"He has something planned for her doesn't he? No worries it's not like Cyn cant defend herself so she should be fine..at least I hope" Barbra says to through coms 

"So do I"

"Any who I'll keep you posted calm me if you need anything" orical says to me ending the call.

After I've finished my chat with Barbra Starting to follow near sub zero temperatures with Tessa following close behind.

After a while we reached Mr freeze base but it turns out some of cobblepots men were here and from what I see freeze is not here right now my guess cobblepot has him.

"Tessa" 

"Yes~" she answers me with a smile like she knows what I'm going to say

"Take out cobblepots men I'll go look for freeze please hold back on his men and TRY not to kill them" I say

"Yes sir Mr Batman sir~" she doesn't sound at all serious about what I've said

Deciding to trust my judgement jumping off the roof and glide away to go to cobblepot's base to get Mr Freeze and his cure.

(Cyn/Tessa pov again)

Finally he's gone now what should I do should I scare them so bad they beg for mercy~ 

Or maybe 

I should take one with me to continue my.. experiments but that's risky Bruce knows how many of cobblepots men are here before he left he would notice I've done something to one of them.

Scarring then sounds very fun but..wait brain blast~ he did say I couldn't kill them but he didn't say I couldn't torture and scare them so badly they wish they wouldn't do crime every again~

Okay so that's the plan scare them make they feel even more scared torture them one bye one slowly~ and then knock them out if they haven't already gone unconscious from the torture~

After making my choice I vanished from my current position and knocked over some cans to the side using the solver the first thug was scared slightly and walked over to check it out until he heard something behind him he turned around quickly and saw nothing.

As I'm right behind him with my arms behind my back with a smile I lean close from behind the thugs back and whispered "you will regret being a criminal from tonight onwards~"

The thug screamed in terror as he tries to turn around and shot me quickly while I just grabbed the guns barrel and bent it down easily.

"HELP ME!!! AHGHHH!" the thug screams in terror as I drag him into the shadows while all the other thugs were on high alert afraid as they all went to check the area were they last heard of their friend before he disappeared.

This was a repeated cycle for the next 30 minutes I would drag away a criminal not before scaring them half to death torture them make them beg for mercy and repeat there cry's for help is so divine~~

Oops heh nearly lost it right there can't lose myself right now and let lose other wise things could go south real quick after finishing and cleaning myself up slightly I leave freezes base and head to Bruce.

Once I arrived I saw him running after someone and knew what was coming next hea looking for the immortal human again what was it for again...ah yes he needs a sample of the immortals blood to get the cure.

After a bit of chasing we arrive at the wall that hides the entrance into the immortals base just as Bruce Started to search for the entrance Key place I drop down and pin the ninja looking lady to the wall near Bruce used the sword to open the secret door and hit her across the head knocking the lady out.

"Was that really needed? You could of handled her better" he says to me.

"Bats my hands are Rated E for everybody I couldn't care less" I say like it was normal.

"How did cobblepots men go?"

"Easy way to easy and slow I mean they were so slow but don't worry they won't be criminals every again~" I say with a slight sadistic smile.

"I don't like the implications of what you said..but guess I'll have to trust you on this one hopefully you didn't kill anyone.." he says as we enter the secret base

"I told you I promised you I would not kill anyone when im around you but yeah your going to have to trust me~" I say with a large grin.
