{~Arkham Origin~} Chapter 7

                    {~Merry Cynmas~}

Things played out like normal. Bruce had a 1v1 fight with Bane, then played a game of hide-and-seek with a juiced-up venom Bane. He managed to kill and beat him and didn't kill him. Surprisingly, I honestly thought he would do something brutal there. And then the best scene ever finally arrives, where Batman beats this joker up.

I was currently watching it with Uzi and J in our room, the blood that was on us from the little slaughter we did. V was with Alfred while we watched the beatdown. Bruce did NOT hold back his anger and rage were palpable. Each punch filled his punches with conviction.

But it was clear he wasn't trying to kill the Joker more like getting his rage out of his system and the Joker happened to be the root cause of all of this after a few more punches while Joker was still laughing the last punch knocked him out even if Joker was laughing the entire time he bones from my scans show very very much broken.

Gordan arrived. He looked happy that all this was finally over as I turned off the screen in the room and sighed, happy for Bruce that it was over, but the happiness slowly faded, and so did my smile as I looked down at the ground.

Yeah, I'm happy, but I remembered we might or might not have committed genocide of Bane henchmen when they arrived here. Although it could have been avoided maybe at that time, I acted based on pure emotions.

"Hey Cyn, what's wrong? You look, although barely noticeable. You look depressed-" Uzi stopped herself. Look at Cyn's metal body with the maid outfit. Her metal body had dried blood on her. Then her gaze went to J. Although it was not that bad, it was close to V.

Uzi then looked at herself in the mirror. Although it was not as bad as Cyn J and V, she had some dried blood on her as well. I'm very much aware she let some escape but killed any that shot at her or even tried to get close to the Batcave.

J was silent the whole time, her gaze more so on Cyn V than herself that she saw through the same mirror that Uzi looked at, although not close to it at all until J finally let out a sigh and stood up.

"Okay, look what's done is Done. We killed people, so what? I mean, they had it coming, and even if we regret it, we have to live with it and not sulk about it," J said as Uzi looked at J for a minute, then responded.

"I know we have to live with it, but when I heard their screams, begging I...I just..." Uzi said as her body shook a bit. J's eyes had a mix of empathy and guilt even though she didn't do anything to Uzi. She walked over to Uzi and hugged her. J's tail also wrapped around Uzi's waist.

J rubs and pates Uzi's head as Uzi quietly cries into J's shoulder. Her shaking stops as well, and I just watch the interaction. V rubs Uzi's back in a circular motion, slowly mimicking the awkward expression that would have been on my face if I had used it on V instead of myself.

I felt guilty even though I was the one who kind of started the one-sided death of Bane's men and went wild myself I know I stepped over a boundary and again at the same time my guilt was.. fleeting again in a way one part of me said they deserved more than an easy death while the other says there are other ways without killing without being insane.

I went to what was left of the washing room and shower room and took off my maid outfit and wig. I put the clothes in the washer, turning it on as I began to wash the wig, getting rid of the dried blood while also contemplating what I should do now I'm..afraid.

Not of myself or what I've done but of what Bruce will say to me. What will he do? Will he lock me up just like what Tessa's parents did to the original Cyn? Will he hate me? Will he deactivate me? Will I accidentally kill him? The scenarios are endless.

Without realising it I've almost crushed the table from. My anxiety and fear slowly letting go I set my wig aside to dry and went to the shower turned it on grabbed a scrubber to wash off the dried blood as the water hit my metal body as I scrubbed I watched as the blood fell off me watching the water below it was very red as it went down I just..stared at the blood mixed with water for a bit.

I.. didn't feel anything I didn't feel like I was going to get PTSD hell it was just weird I finally hoped out of the shower and turned it off only for someone to walk in it was J and Uzi they didn't notice me as I stare at them halfway about to reach a towel from my arm's length.

Until they turned their head and looked at me for a while. It was silent until Uzi's and J's visors/faces lit up with purple and yellow, both screaming, "Holly robo Jesus!/holy sh#t!" As they covered their faces, I grabbed the towel and wrapped it around me.

I wasn't all that bothered "*confused head tilt* what's the problem? We are all girls here. Why are you 2 so embarrassed?"

"Bite me! I'm still a man at heart! Even though I'm a girl, and even if you're a robot, that doesn't change that. Robots still have genders!" Uzi said snappily as she peeked out through her hands, letting out a sigh of relief while J continued to look away. Her visor was still very much a bright yellow, still embarrassed.

"*Mocking expression* and that said person would love to be stepped on by J or choked By Bruce~" J's visor got even more yellow while Uzi had a slight purple blush.

"I mean, you're not wrong about the firs-. Wait How do you know about the second part of that!" Uzi said quite frantically her small purple blush got worse.

"*Giggle* it's because even J has her own.. desires~ she wishes t-" I was caught off guard when J slapped her hand over my mouth, her face visible embarrassed steam coming from her head as her yellow blush looked like it couldn't get any worse while she had scared and Hallowed eyes.

She clearly doesn't want me saying anything well I can use this as blackmail against her sometime in the future~ J and Uzi decided to wait outside for their turn the wig dried and the maid outfit no longer had any blood I brushed out the wig and fixed the style back to what Cyn has and fixed out the maid outfit and walked out.

Uzi went in while J stayed out. As I walked, I remembered I was meant to pick up Jason in an hour, haha! Yes, my escape plan! That was until I heard Alfred speak down the hall from me with V next to him with a look of defeat.

"Miss Cyn Bruce is back is in his room he wishes for you to see him" With that he dragged V with him to god knows where I felt my fear spike again as I walked to his room I arrived at the door and my body refuses to move either out of fear of obligation I take a deep shaky breath and then open the door as I see Bruce in some casual clothing seating down on a chair with another across from him.

He smiled at me slightly as he beckoned me closer and had a seat, and I did. He took a deep breath before speaking.

"There's no need to look so tense", he said calmly his face didn't look angry. Why? Is he testing something? 

"*Head tilt* I'm not tense, Bruce" he looked at me for a bit, his gaze hardened before it relaxed.

"You are. I've spent all my life with you and Alfred, although your facial expression doesn't show it. I've noticed small details. Even if it's small, it's there", Bruce says to me. I don't say anything back and just look away from his eyes.

He seems to be thinking of something for a moment, and then he finally gets to the point.

"You've killed people, Cyn criminals, but still people" he takes a moment again, then speaks again "Do you regret it? Or do you not?"

Another thing that happened a long while back was Bruce wanted to See my memory files and hopefully help understand what the solver is he came across a memory that didn't look like it appeared in the MD show but it showed a maid Cyn get damaged and belittled having made a mistake and it was a human doing it.

(Flashback)

"You are USELESS. YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT! I should have just thrown you out" 

"Wait master pleas-" 

And the. The memory files cut out and come back to a large tower of disposed drones showing Cyn waking up startled and afraid, emotions visible.

After it showed that, I unhooked myself from the computer, grabbed the USB that had the memory files as copies, and crushed it with all her might. Bruce was caught off guard by my sudden sight aggression against memory and said the drone walked away after that, leaving a Sorry-filled Bruce.

(Flash back end)

"*Thoughtful sigh* I do, but I don't. Honestly, They deserved worse for attacking our home and hurting Alfred, nearly killing him" I spoke the truth, but in all honesty, I'm not sure myself in the end.

Again, he took a moment to look at me. He stood up and walked over to me suddenly. If I wasn't tense already, then I was now. As he grew closer, I closed my eyes, expecting him to do something, maybe a punch? Or something?

Nothing came as I felt warm arms wrap around me he was.. hugging me? Why..why is he hugging me in his eyes? I should have gotten maybe some yelling, a punch? I don't...I don't...

"*Depressed crying*" I just cried, my arms moving without me, commanding them to wrap around Bruce as best as possible, hiding my face/visor on his shirt and feeling his hand pat my head for a few minutes.

I don't.. deserve this, but again, I feel otherwise and that this is my reward for getting rid of those pesky people from our home. I felt him pick me up, making me face him as he smiled as best as possible with brooding.

"Merry Christmas, Cyn", he says to me. I'm not sure if my face/visor is showing my actual expression this time, but I smile back, having calmed down for a bit.

"*Giggle* Merry Christmas, Bruce!" Now that reminds me, I haven't completed my present yet sh#t well, I'll just Wing it for now.

"*Happy expression* we should finish this Christmas before I start fixing the manner Bruce," I say to him as he puts me down, feeling a lot better now.

"Yeah, we shou-oh yeah Cyn have you gone to pick up Jason and dick yet?" He says to me.

I just slowly turned my head away from him the smile plastered on my face until I finally spoke, "g#d f#ckin da# it"

He just sighs as he gets a phone call he picks it up and answers it "dick yeah I know I understand we just had a little.. problem I'll come pick you boys up in a minute later".

"Speak of the devil" he says with a slight teasing smile at me as I give him a not impressed facial expression as I turn around open the door and flip him off.

"F#ck you and by the way that was just sarcasm" I say to him as I close the door behind me and teleported to my secret room going back to work on my present for Bruce this is also a present for dick and Jason as well *giggle* but yeah we've had Dick here for a while now he's helped Bruce alot recently as well aka the first robin? Or was he the second eh who cares.

(Dick grayson pov)

That silly maid completely forgot about me and Jason and just sent a message to me through my phone with a silly emoji Ive been here for a while now living with those 4 robots but they call themselves drones and I can say with a fact that A: Uzi is quite a funny person to be around B: J is quite strict when it comes to getting stuff done but also a softy C: V is quite the..uh character if I do say so myself Jason seems to like V alot I can understand why both violent when annoyed and..other things.

Now that just leaves me with Cyn she's..an odd case one moment it feels like she's fucking with you the next she acts normally now I don't know what she's been doing but V and J looked more brand new they both now have a stinger like syringe tail with some sort of liquid inside and we have been warned not to touch it.

When we asked Bruce about it he said it's a liquid you would not want o be touched with but when I asked why J and V look brand new even he didn't know going on saying from what Cyn said to him "they requested upgrades and I Did so" and Bruce was fascinated with the new design J and V look practical the same as they were before but with some added additional stuff.

Another thing to note I was tested like Jason Bruce said if you can at least leave the tiniest scratch on Cyn I would be ready and after training with Bruce for a while I thought I was ready and indeed I was until I realised I got my ass handed to me and just as I was throwing my last punch it was like time slowed down for me Cyn was moved to the side a little smiled and lightly waved at me when I felt shock going through my body.

Until she moved back to the same spot and made it look like I just barley nicked her that's when I realised I wasn't going to win at all the first time Cyn LET me win honestly it hurts my pride but I'm never the one to pass up the win I also watched the Cyn fight Jason she wasn't even trying and she was purposely making him angry.

It was obvious she knew his flaw and from what I'm guessing she wanted to show Bruce his flaw through this small fight Bruce had a hardened look on his face when he saw Jason getting angry "you just failed Jason" was what I thought at the time.

One last thing I noticed is when there's no chores to do to clean the manner Cyn would disappear for hours while I Bruce Jason and Alfred were worried V told us she's making mine Bruce's Alfred's and Jason's present like 5 months before Christmas and when we asked V said "it's a long project"

I was snapped out of my thoughts when Bruce's car arrived me and Jason went in and closed the door as Bruce drives off with us looking calmly at the road as he drives.

"Soo...Bruce? What were you up to today? Beating robbers bones into dust? Making people pray? That kind of good stuff? Or or! Maybe you finally found a girlfriend?" I say with a cheeky smile while Jason smiles from the back seat only slightly until he laughs nervously when I said date with another girl? Wait why?.

"Uh..about that dick.." Jason says nervously.

"What is it?"

"About that..I don't think that's a good idea I mean for 2 reasons My identity as Batman and Cyn" Bruce says rather quietly but enough for me to hear.

"Cyn? Why Cyn?"

(Flash back)

"*Angry. Angry. Angry.* Let me at her that sl#t f#t f##kin Who#e co#k su#ker bi#ch" the cussing continues as J V and Alfred hold back a thrashing and angry Cyn trying to break free and most likely turn Bruce's date into a pile of ash or in this case a pile of flesh.

"Holly Miss Cyn where on earth did you learn such vile language..keep holding onto her miss J and V" Alfred says while holding onto Cyn for dear life.

"ALOT HARDER then it looks Sir!" J responds back to Alfred while V quips in "it's not like the girl will want to kiss bruc-oh she's trying to kiss him" V says nonchalantly as Cyn's thrashing for escape intensifies.

(End of flashback)

"Oh" I said to myself while Jason is laughing a little remembering all the cuss words Cyn said and each one was more creative then the last.

"It happened when I was a bit younger Cyn's jealousy is scary but I know she just wants to keep me safe" Bruce says smiling slightly while I just give him a look saying really?

"Now before we arrive back to the manner keep it mind it mite be a bit damaged repairs for it will begin again sometime tomorrow but right now it's Christmas" Bruce says like it's the most normal thing in the world.

"Wait are house is damaged? How when?" Jason says surprised.

"Earlier today but don't worry about it" we arrive home and when Bruce said a bit damaged I didn't think it would be this bad.

Taking my stuff and going inside I see J and V talking with Alfred while Uzi looks pre occupied with her device.

"Aww not even a hello from my favourite drones?" I says teaseingly as J and V turn and look at me while Uzi eyes look at me for a second before continuing "hello master Dick welcome home" J and Alfred say at the same time with V making me laugh.

Bruce leads us to the fire pit area of the house where the tree is as we all seat down besides J V and Alfred while Alfred stands beside Bruce.

(Pov change J)

I started handing out the presents to Jason and dick Uzi joined us after she found out we are starting the gifts now and looked ecstatic I'm not going to lie in excited as well Uzi has her own present for Bruce while mine was being made more so I'm helping Cyn with her gift that will also be mine Cyn also has a plan for me as well.

Dick got some electric Buttons chocolate Jason also got chocolate but he received something special me V and Uzi didn't want to spill the surprise but we told him he can only open the rest of this special gift when he finally wins against Cyn Alfred got some books from Bruce and me.

I ended up getting some books same with V but she doesn't look like she's complaining Uzi got her gift from Bruce and when he handed it to her she looked very much purple in the face~ hahah! And she loves her present it's a computer of her own while Bruce got something special from Uzi it's a necklace of a bat Bruce although he doesn't show it much it looked happy about this and gave Uzi a warm big hug that made her squeak a bit and obviously fluster purple again.

As we all talked with each other Jason speaks up "where's Cyn?" 

"Oh she should be here soon actually she should be here right about now" and right on time I hear heels and a knock on the door to the entrance of the living room so you can enter.

"That's for you Bruce you should probably open it~" V says with a grin while Uzi is focused about who's at the door as Bruce opens it he looks surprised slightly.

"And who are you surpose to be?" Bruce says slightly confused

"Your really don't know it's me Cyn~ or tesaa~ do you like it? My and J's gift?" Cyn says with an Australian accent while also not saying what she's doing Bruce's eyes widden a bit as he actually gets a good look at Cyn even I look slightly.

She looks like Tessa or more like cynessa without the blood coming out of eyes with an actual genuine Christmas dress it's Tessa's but before she kinda died no metal parts exposed skin doesn't look like it's stiched either basically a whole body/skin with Cyn inside although much more human like she and I basically made smalled metal parts of Cyn to make herself fit and has her yellow eyes not the X's me and Cyn worked are buts off on this it took ages and let alone the fact there were so many problems that we ran into.

"Oh..wow" Jason says slightly embarrassed by the outfit Cyn/Tessa is wearing

"Holly fuck she's hot! Bruce I didn't know you knew this girl!" Dick says completely impressed while I laugh at his reaction as he just looks at me laughing slight confused.

(Cyn pov)

As I watch Bruce he touches the top of my head pokes me cheek a bit and then gives me a hug he's alot warmer it's feels so nice to have this feeling again as I hug him back.

"This is an amazing gift thank you Cyn and J" Bruce says as he suddenly picks me up "*surprised expression* Bruce" as he brings me over while Jason and dick can't believe what they are seeing right in front of the. While Alfred as a small smile as well.

Hahah! Suck it my present is better! You stood no chance~ it's honestly feels nice to be like this with Bruce with me and I don't feel cold anymore. 

"Merry Christmas Cyn"

"*Giggle* merry Cynmas bruceee~"
